We have non-dairy whipped cream (a Noland’s classic for almost 40 years!), Italian meringue buttercream, chocolate cream, chocolate mousse and chocolate fudge.
Absolutely! Our friendly staff can help you design any cake that you want. Just let us know what theme you’re thinking of and what colors you would like to use. You can also bring in a picture or drawing to help give us an idea of what you would like. We recommend that you make a design appointment with one of our designers.
Noland’s has been in the Pleasanton area for almost 40 years. The original owner was Hope Noland. She sold her business to Don and Aldean Laudenbach after several years and they remained the owners for 27 years, helping build the excellent reputation we still hold today for high quality custom cakes. Tim and Donna Yadron are now the owners of Noland’s, and have been for the past 15 years.
