Artisan Desserts Pastry Chef

Pastry Chef LikLing Khoo started baking at a young age spending time baking with her mom. Trained at California Culinary Academy, she also worked at the famed Tartine Bakery in San Francisco upon graduation in the 2000's. LikLing spent over 10 years working at different resorts, restaurants and bakeries in Vermont and New York honing her skills in all areas of baking and pastry arts. She owned and operated Baker's Dream in New York offering various baked goods and desserts.

LikLing's baking philosophy is Classics Done Well, where the most beloved classics are given the utmost attention in both taste and presentation. We make all our desserts from scratch, using the freshest ingredients - locally sourced and organic whenever possible.

    Amazing Desserts!

    I could not have been happier with 43&Co for our wedding desserts. LikLing was so responsive, kind, and easy to work with from the very beginning, which made the entire process feel stress-free and enjoyable. The mini desserts were absolutely incredible and such a huge hit with our guests. Everything looked beautiful, tasted amazing, and people were complimenting them all night long. You could really tell how much care and attention went into every detail. Beyond the desserts themselves, the communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and delivery was perfectly on time. LikLing and the team were super great people to work with, and they made everything so easy. I’m so grateful we chose 43&Co and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing desserts for their event.

    Delicious Desserts

    43 & Company provided exceptional service for our wedding desserts. From the beginning, their communication was consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. On the day of the wedding, the dessert display they set up was absolutely beautiful and the variety of treats was delicious. They were also very accommodating, working with our schedule to return the dessert platters the following day. We were thrilled with the quality of their work and the great value they provided. Our guests raved about the desserts and we're so glad we chose 43 & Company to be a part of our special day.

    Very professional and delicious cakes

    We were so impressed with 43&Company. We got an assortment of little cakes and they were all delicious. Excellent for a wedding where guests have different taste preferences so they can select what they want. We ordered the cakes with delivery and 43&Company arrived on time, set up the cakes efficiently and beautifully, and let us lease some of their plates for decoration. We returned the leases items the following day and got our deposit back. Everything was phenomenal, worth the price!

    Out of this world pies!

    BANANA CREAM PIE. Theirs is the absolute best and I have had plenty of pies in my life! I usually request this for my birthday and frankly, for any occasion in our family. The sisters who own the business are also the kindest, most accommodating vendors ever! They really will go above and beyond to make sure your experience is incredible. I have recommended their desserts to all of my friends and family, and they all agree---this is one, if not the best pie in the Bay.

    Summer Wedding at Chapel On The Hill

    We were both coincidentally booked by the same client for a summer wedding at Chapel On The Hill. Collaborating with them was easy because we've worked together before. They are always prepared and professional. Given that it was a summer wedding, they arrived with their own coolers and ice packs to keep their desserts at optimal temperature. It was a smart move too since there was= not enough refrigeration on site.
