Unlike traditional bakeries, I take a bespoke approach, focusing on a select few cakes each week to ensure meticulous attention to detail. My clients include A-list celebrities like Harry Styles and SZA. My award-winning mojito cheesecake, featured on Fox's 'The Great American Dish Off,' impressed judges Gail Simmons and Daphne Oz. I knew I wanted Blair to make my cake the minute I found her instagram. Blair was responsive, gave clear communication and we also incorporated my parents wedding cake topper from 1984. I suggest ordering the sampler box. That is how we picked out flavor. The design is exactly has show in her photos and make such a statement and is executed with such precision and talent. We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding cake from Velvet Valley. It was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail—and just as delicious as it looked. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it then, and weeks later, they’re still talking about how incredible the flavor was! It was the perfect balance of elegance and taste, and truly one of the highlights of our day. From start to finish, Blair was a true professional: prompt, reliable, and such a pleasure to work with. She delivered exactly when she said she would, and the quality of her work exceeded our expectations in every way. 10 Stars! I've never seen a wedding cake as stunning in person. Blair is a true artist. It was also as delicious as it was beautiful. Everyone was stopping me to say it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. She had to travel 2.5 hours to our wedding with this and it held up perfectly. She even made something off the menu for us as we wanted an almond cake with raspberry filling. Blair is delightful and easy to work with too. Even the tasting cakes were gorgeous that she sent to test flavors. Don't even question it, just book her.

Velvet Valley Cakes was such a refreshing vendor to work with. Our cake came out beautifully and tasted better than we ever could have imagined. One of guests picked up the cake and had an easy, seamless experience. We intended for the cake to be only for us but ended up plating it for the guests once we realized just how much cake there was. I plan on using Velvet Valley Cakes for other events in the future!
