Delicious and gorgeous!
Our cake was INCREDIBLE!!! Firstly, it’s the only wedding cake I’ve ever had that was actually just amazing. I know I may sound bias but it’s the main reason why we picked velvet valley! Now that’s saying a lot because of how gorgeous the cake was. The piping was so delicate and beautiful it was a dream! It was so good we barely got any leftovers ourselves because our guests were taking some home with them!!

A True Showstopper!
Blair absolutely brought our vision to life and somehow made it even better. I knew I wanted something unique, romantic, and editorial, and she created a cake that completely exceeded our expectations! The intricate vintage piping, incredible scale, and attention to detail made it one of the most memorable design elements of our wedding. When we gathered around it at Jane’s Carousel, it felt truly magical. It wasn’t just a cake.. it became a moment. 3 We’ll be obsessing over these cake photos forever. Versailles Worthy
Blair is an absolute genius. From the very first tasting, we knew we were in exceptional hands. Every flavor we tried was extraordinary. It was almost impossible to choose, but we ultimately selected the rosemary infused lemon olive oil cake with fresh strawberry jam and fresh lemon buttercream, and it was perfection. Bright, elegant, balanced, and completely unforgettable. Our five tier cake served 200 guests beautifully, and we received countless compliments throughout the evening. So many people told us it was the most delicious and most beautiful wedding cake they had ever had! The vintage piping details and fresh cherries gave the cake an Old Hollywood and Versailles feel. Romantic, refined, and dramatic without being overdone. It was a true showpiece. Beyond the artistry and flavor, Blair was professional and seamless to work with. Delivery and coordination with our wedding planner and caterer were flawless. Everything felt effortless on our end, which is exactly what you hope for on your wedding day. We are already looking forward to ordering from Blair again for future events!
