We had the pleasure of having Dewayne from VIP as the DJ at our wedding. The audio at our ceremony was flawless, he kept the events of the reception rolling, and we had an ABSOLUTE blast when the dancing started. Dewayne is detail oriented and captured every aspect of our day in a well organized planning call and we didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of due to his prep work and organization. We even got to send him our Spotify playlists for our cocktail hour and dinner and then their portal was great for making our reception requests for dancing music. Dewayne kept the party going and we and all our friends are still talking about how much fun we had weeks later. VIP Disc Jockey Entertainment comes with my highest recommendation!!

Working with VIP for our wedding and reception was fun and seamless! They were quick to communicate and had a website to fill everything out from the timeline minute by minute to the playlist with hundreds of songs to choose from. When it came down to the wedding day, they were so nice and friendly and went with ease as the day went on. They played the music for the ceremony and then were ready to party during the reception. They played every song from the playlist and knew exactly what else to play in between. Not only did me and my husband enjoy them but I know all of my guests did as well. I’m new to the area and went based off of reviews to hire VIP and I hope my review gets through to other future brides/ party planners because I’d recommend them for any occasion in need of a fun and professional DJ!

It depends on the date, type of event, location, duration, number of guests, etc. We are not an ‘average’ DJ service. We are proud of the value we bring to our clients and price our service based on that value. Before you decide on the least expensive DJ, please think about how much influence a disc jockey has on the success of your event. Please contact us to get a quote and more information.

Yes. VIP Disc Jockey Entertainment, LLC is a fully insured company with equipment and liability insurance for your protection and peace of mind.

We are always available to you throughout the planning process. An appointment is normally scheduled with your DJ about 3-4 weeks before your date to go over music selection, pronunciation of bridal party names, and the itinerary or timeline for your reception. We would like to have all the final details for your event at least one week before your reception or event. This includes all song requests. This gives us adequate time to arrange your event and locate any songs that are not in our library.

Yes. We will outline all the entertainment-related information that we have agreed on in an easy-to-read contract. This will protect you, the client, as well as us.

es. Our web site allows you to query our music database and create a list of your top dance songs, special requests and ‘do not play’ songs from our enormous music library. That will give us an idea of the genres of music you like for your event: we’ll do the rest. Or, you can leave it up to our years of experience to blend the right selection for your specific event. We actually enjoy getting lists from our clients as it helps us to make the event YOUR EVENT!

Yes and no. Yes, we take requests that are appropriate to your event. We keep track of requests and will play them at appropriate times during the event. And no, we won’t play anything inappropriate or offending or containing vulgarity, especially if there are children at the event. We try to play as many requests as possible, but there simply might not be enough time to play them all. Also, we won’t play requests that the client has placed on their ‘do not play’ list.
