Southern C's Farm is a lovely 127-acre working horse farm with green, rolling pastures surrounded by pine forests and sparkling 15 acre lake. It is well manicured, with flowers blooming year round. Your wedding will be the exclusive event on the property with access to the Lodge at Southern C's for overnight accommodations (4 bedrooms/4 baths) on the lake, the 1820 Log Cabin or the magnificent Hunt Box overlooking the horse pastures. Our facility began life as the clubhouse for Ferguson Farms Golf Course. When the golf course closed in 2012, it sat abandoned until our family came across the land. We came across this gem while we were searching for a larger property to expand our farm. It had been neglected for so many years, but we immediately saw great potential in its natural beauty, barns, and clubhouse. The streams, ponds, and woodlands teamed with wildlife and we just knew this farm had to been revived into something new, a place where joy, laughter and unity would be experienced.

The Pavilion at Black Water Junction was built by our family, for our family. We used old wood, old doors, huge rocks, and live edge boards, all found on the farm. Initially, the 62-acre Het Landhuis Estate was part of a 1,000-acre farm owned by the Henderson family who operated a tanyard in the area, making saddles and other leather items. One day a future bride drove past Het Landhuis; she stopped in the main driveway and asked if she could get married there. That conversation changed the course of the estate, and Het Landhuis had its Grand Opening in 2010. Het Landhuis is not your ordinary location for a wedding; this becomes obvious once you visit the grounds and look at the eight different venues the estate offers.
