I grew up in a pizzeria and honestly never thought I would be doing a food truck! I did sales for 20 years. I have always been a "foodie" and love to try new restaurants and entertain. I was at a point where I needed a change, so I decided to start a new chapter in my life. I am excited to be venturing out on this new journey.

Las Flores was a quick-spot restaurant focused on simple Mexican cuisine. Located in the North Park neighborhood by the makers of the famous “taco place,” Taqueria El Asadero (2213 W MONTROSE AVE). Las Flores is a love letter to Mexican heritage, family, friends, and neighborhood diversity. UPDATE 11/29/23 Unfortunately due to an electric fire, we have lost our brick and mortar. However we are still operating as a ghost kitchen at Taqueria El Asadero.

Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
