    Best Bartending Service

    As a wedding venue, we have been fortunate enough to see most, if not all, of the mobile bartending service companies in the Madison area. Bartender608, China Moon (owner) and her staff are the best to work with. They are very responsive to us, as a hosting venue, and their clients who are typically the bride and groom. China and her team arrive on time, or early, have a very professional set up and always dress the part. Bartender608’s service is always efficient regardless of the size of your group. If we were hosting our own wedding or party, Bartender608 would be an easy and immediate Yes Please!

We are a complete, dry-hire service supplying everything but the booze. Our available rentals are listed on our Event Cinch marketplace and, we can also work with you to find options not listed that reflect your vision.
We serve the tri-state areas of Wisconsin, Iowa, and northern Illinois. $0.75/mile is assessed for mileage beyond thirty (30) of Madison WI.

No; Bartender 608 is hired out as a ‘dry hire’ with no alcohol included. As we do not carry a liquor license, we cannot directly purchase alcohol for you. However, we can help you organize your order and can recommend preferred retailers.
Do you simply want your cocktail menu to “get by” or, do you want each and every cocktail, no matter how ‘simplistic’, to taste amazing? Many caterers are known for their fine food menu, not their drinks, (which is usually not the forefront of their business model. ) Our #1 business is the benefit of bar and beverage services. You’ve got a great guest list, venue, and photographer, so why not properly prepare with further professionals who take care in and of their craft to satisfy your guests for the duration of the event with our one and only Pour Service?!

Our service charge helps cover the costs of doing business; it is our event production fee for operating expenses for things such as insurance, advertising, office supplies, utilities, day-to-day operations, and other back-end costs. It is not gratuity. While our catering contract proposals show you a breakdown of your event elements and their costs, the service charge helps cover the cost of the hours needed to prep and plan your dedicated event. This fee is not hidden and is prominently listed on your Event Cinch quote as a line item. This allows you to have all the needed monetary information upfront.
