I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. We had so many questions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived! We loved working with Noelle and Daniela at LaElleKae. Even though we were planning a wedding reception in a short time frame (4 months), Noelle and Daniela were calm and cool the whole time while also making sure we got everything we wanted. Wedding Planning Plus is the best! I had the pleasure of working with them for my wedding this past September, and I don’t know how we could have pulled it off without them. If you are reading this and debating whether or not to hire a wedding planner, I not only recommend getting one, I definitely recommend Wedding Planning Plus. As we were moving through the planning process, WPP was great at helping us stay on track and definitely had the expertise needed to make sure we didn’t miss anything. Margette was extremely helpful in planning the florals and design of our wedding, and Eliza was there every step of the way to make us feel at ease so we didn’t get too stressed but also pushed us along so that we kept up with everything. WPP was great for helping to plan the wedding, and they came through even more on the wedding day itself. We felt a little scattered on our day, and Eliza was able to pull everything together and make it really easy for us. We had some unexpected rain on our day, which changed our plans for the ceremony. Eliza was able to reorganize our ceremony and put together something that was as beautiful as we could have hoped for. WPP also was able to set up our table settings just as we had imagined, amongst MANY other things. They really came through and pulled it all together. You will not be disappointed if you decide to work with this team!

Literally the second after I got engaged, my mom sent me Andi's contact information, which she received from a mutual friend that had high praise praise for Musa Weddings. In a few days, Andi and I had set up a call and were signing a contract to work together. Whereas, the other planners that I contacted never got back to me. From our first conversation on, Andi and her team were a pleasure and joy to work with. They answered every little question we had, always checked in to ask how we were doing when we sounded stressed, was quick to respond, and was extremely organized. I quickly realized that I would've be lost without her. Her team recommended every vendor, created every timeline, kept up on track in our budget, and so much more. It was such a weight off of our shoulders to know that every vendor her team recommended, were people that she worked with consistently, so we knew they were trustworthy and would provide quality services. During the planning process, we had some requests that were really important to us and she made it all come together so seamlessly. On the day of the wedding, she moved everything along, checked in with vendors, kept the group organized, and made sure everything was running smoothly. She even took some BTS photos and videos to share with us that was amazing to see the next day. Her team was there with me the entire day, while Andi organized the vendors and event space, to support me. I feel like normally you hear people talk about at least one thing going wrong, but I never felt that way. The day after our wedding, I woke up being unable to think of a single thing that went wrong. Our day was truly magical and it was all thanks to Musa. I don’t think I can truly explain or fit into a review how amazing Kris with unKAGed events is! We hired Kris because this was a destination wedding for us and we needed help with locating vendors and wanted to feel like we had someone that we could work with in the area that was familiar with the industry and able to coordinate day of for us. I had my initial call with Kris and immediately felt comfortable and listened to with any questions or concerns I had with planning. She offered us different vendors for catering, rentals, dj and cake. She setup up tastings and meetings with all vendors making sure we felt comfortable and confident with every vendor we went with. Kris went above and beyond being CCd on every email and on every call. She provided quick and accurate information throughout the planning process. We ran into issues with our venue along the way and Kris was right there beside us helping us and working through it. What can feel like the chaos of wedding planning we knew we could trust her and rely on her. When it came to day of as a bride it’s hard to feel like you don’t have full control over your day. However trusting Kris after working with her leading up to the big day I knew she was going to do all she could to bring my vision to life and make the best decisions for our wedding. She did just that! I can’t put into words how much she did for us - from all the work leading up, rehearsal, setting up ceremony site, setting up cocktail hour, setting up the reception tables and seating chart and then breaking it all down after - she truly does it all!! I knew I was hiring someone to help us along the way and for the day of our wedding what I didn’t know is I was hiring someone who would care about us the way she did.

Having Macy as the day of coordinator for our wedding was the best decision we made - our wedding day was 100% stress free! We had no idea about what needed to be considered when having a wedding, but Macy had all the questions ready and helped us think through every detail. Macy is so kind, thoughtful, organized, communicative, and took away all of our stress leading up to the wedding day by being so organized and prepared! She coordinated with the different vendors to ensure a timeline was created and distributed for when each would arrive. I didn’t have to worry about a thing except for confirming details for her. She made sure the wedding party and our parents were at the right spots at the right time throughout the evening and helped keep guests contained during cocktail hour so we could step away with the photographer for photos. She even assisted with clean up and helped pack dessert for us to take and enjoy later! Macy is by far irreplaceable in our eyes, we cannot recommend her enough! She will do everything it takes to make sure you have the best day and she was instrumental for ours. Thank you so much, Macy!!

I went with Prestige Planning for my wedding planner because of the ease of use. I met with my certified wedding planner before I booked and she was amazing and explained the whole process. I knew I could plan my own wedding but I’m not a pro at all so I knew I would need a lot of help. I didn’t want to spend the money on a full wedding planner so going this route was absolutely perfect. They were with me every step of the way. I especially liked the SOS calls they give because I needed them to assist with a vendor I was having an issue with. I knew I was going to need help with logistics and stuff on the actual day of my wedding because I wouldn’t have time to do so, so I added the coordination add on to my package. So I got my wedding planned with major help from an actual certified planner and coordination for my wedding day for less than others are charging for just coordination. Just go for it. You will not be disappointed at all! They really went above and beyond and did more for me than what they had outlined they would do. I got more than my money worth.

We worked with Syrie and the Social Maven team for our wedding this September and could not be more grateful for the time, care, and thought they put into our event.
