Fat Zach's Wood Fired Pizza debuted in 2018 as a small food cart on the corner of Pioneer and 2nd in downtown Puyallup. As of March 2020, we now offer you the same great pizza in a space where you can sit down and stay awhile located in Sumner, we hope to become a destination point for travelers from around the US - and a bragging right for the residence of Sumner. With years of experience, he has served as the opening chef at renowned restaurants like Nerai and The Greek Tribeca in NYC. While passionate about Greek and Italian cuisines, Mike has also mastered flavors from Mexican and Middle Eastern kitchens. A graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado, Mike is currently the executive chef and owner of Home Bites. Tap Truck Seattle is a fully licensed Beer, Wine and Spirits cater in the State of Washington. We are huge fans and craft beer and vintage automobiles, bringing the best local and regional selections to the masses one glass and one party at a time. Based in the Alaska Junction neighborhood of West Seattle, we serve the entire Seattle/Tacoma metropolitan area and beyond. While the fleet of vintage autos will be growing quickly, we currently feature a silver and black 1951 GMC Panel truck with a fully custom tap system capable of serving gatherings of any size.

Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove.
