Hi, I’m Doreen- the heart and hands behind my charcuterie catering company. What started as just love for hosting, design, and charcuterie, has grown into a business centered around creating one of a kind grazingscapes. I design each table with intention, blending fresh ingredients, texture, and color to create an experience that feels both elevated and inviting. Charcuterie at your wedding isn’t just food-it’s part of the atmosphere, the conversation, and the memory being made.

I don’t believe food displays should feel stiff symmetrical or easily mimicked, they should feel abundant, natural, unique. Every board and table I create is customized, using seasonal ingredients, local inspiration, local food vendors and a designer’s eye for detail. I approach each event as if I were setting the table for people I care about most. From intimate gatherings to weddings and celebrations, my goal is always the same: to create an inviting, unforgettable experience where food is the conversation starter and beginning of a new connection.
