I'm Alexa & that's my husband Evan, a biologist by day and the best second shooter in the world by night. We're a wife-and-husband duo who love people, dogs, bad dancing, new friendships, hiking, libraries, Sour Patch Kids, and genuine love in all its many forms. I started photographing weddings after working for a few years in the music industry. I loved the rush of a live performance - from the completely unpredictable nature of each show to the joy on the faces of every audience member, I adored everything about those performances. And then I realized there was a connection here - weddings aren't all that different.

Your wedding day will go SO QUICKLY, and you won’t want to miss a thing. It is my job to fill in the gaps, with genuine, natural pictures that bring it all back. Immediately, this hobby turned into a passion. Friends, family, city, country, events, food, plants…you name it, I took a picture of it. I came to learn that I was most fulfilled by the things I found in front of my camera’s lens, not the camera itself. I then became enamored with developing my ability to snap a picture at the exact second a genuine smile fills my focal point, or the moment when couples get lost in each other and completely forget that I’m there. I've been around weddings my entire life. I come from a huge Italian family and someone was ALWAYS getting married. So cliche to say but I love love.
