“We could not have asked for a more beautiful, inclusive, and accessible venue! Knowing that the vast majority of our guests would have to fly in to our wedding, no matter where we had it, it was important to us that we had a venue we could book for the whole weekend. Combined with all of the amenities Wylder offers, it was a no-brainer. The wedding weekend would not have gone as smoothly as it did without the incredible staff, particularly Andrea and Faith. From the moment of our first phone call until we were leaving the farewell brunch, they took care of us every step of the way. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating, and Wylder truly felt like our home for the weekend. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful venue (with a lovely rain/cold weather location, which we ended up using), incredible food, and great service!”

“We had our wedding at Hotel Lilien in October, and the experience truly could not have been more wonderful. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and inviting, it felt like our own little home away from home. Our guests are still talking about how unique the venue was and how perfectly “us” it felt, which meant so much to us. What set the experience apart was the incredible team, especially Jules. Working with her was an absolute joy. She was attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we hoped it would be. When we had a less-than-favorable experience with our planner, Jules stepped in without hesitation and completely took control of the situation. She handled everything with professionalism and grace, allowing us to feel fully supported and at ease on our wedding day. I cannot recommend Hotel Lilien enough for couples looking for an intimate, memorable, and beautifully run wedding experience. We will always be grateful to the team for going above and beyond for us and look forward to going back and reminiscing about our perfect weekend!”

“Our wedding at Seven Ponds Farm was absolutely spectacular! The farm in the summer was beautiful and lush and made for a perfect backdrop for our wedding weekend. Staying onsite was such a treat and made the weekend extra special. The farmhouse and Virginia queen were so comfortable made us feel like we were right at home while being right in the middle of all the action. The venue itself was the perfect blend of rustic charm and elegance, with a scenic ceremony spot and a cozy reception barn. We loved being able to add our own DIY aspects to make it personalized to us as a couple. The staff was so lovely and helped us complete our vision seamlessly. Our family and friends are still raving about the venues, the amazing food (mushroom risotto!), the personalization and just how perfect everything was. “We cannot recommend Black Walnut Farm enough—it was the perfect place for the wedding of our dreams! From the breathtaking forest ceremony site that felt like stepping into a fairytale, to the warm and vibrant barn that created the ideal setting for our reception and dance party, to the sprawling wildflower gardens that surrounded our golden cocktail hour — every part of the venue is magical. The venue owners, Sarah and Jim, were incredible to work with—so flexible and supportive in helping us create a wedding that truly reflected us. They not only encouraged our own ideas but also suggested thoughtful details we wouldn’t have considered on our own, making our day even more special. It felt like a true collaboration and both my wife and I felt understood by them in this partnership. What really stood out is how effortlessly beautiful and well-equipped the venue is. We only added some simple table flowers, and that was it! It’s truly a “ready-to-go” venue that makes wedding planning so much easier while still looking stunning. We’re already looking forward to attending more events at Black Walnut Farm so we can keep the connection to this incredible place. It’s not just a venue—it’s a place that feels alive with love and celebration. If you’re considering it for your wedding, stop searching—you’ve found your perfect spot!”

“Our experience working with Belleayre Lodge couldn’t have been better. Gigi, Angel, Brian, and Matt, worked together with us so seamlessly to make our wedding weekend absolutely perfect. We rented the property Friday through Sunday and hosted just around 60 guest. The guest who didn’t fit in the cabins, (and also didn’t want the late night shenanigans) stayed at the hotels literally right across the street. Our guest arrived Friday night and we hosted a rehearsal dinner with a food truck and cash bar (run by the lodge). Saturday was our wedding day. We got married at the local ski mountain (Belleayre Mountain) and returned to Belleayre Lodge for our cocktail hour and reception. The food was absolutely amazing during both cocktail hour and our dinner. We had a beer and wine bar, with local drinks, as well as homemade ice tea and lemonade. We had a cake from a local bakery and ice cream bar from a local creamery for dessert. Sunday morning we hosted a farewell breakfast. The coffee and food, again were phenomenal. The decor and little touches made everything perfect. There was so much thought put into ever part of our wedding and their passion showed in their work. I am so glad we took the chance on this new location. It truly was the best day!”

From our memorable destination weekend weddings with up to 220 Guests to small, intimate affairs, Interlaken offers impeccable service, seasonally inspired farm-to-table cuisine, a gorgeous lakeside ceremony site, and a garden wedding reception. We are located on 30 acres of manicured lawns and traditional New England style gardens, nestled in between two shimmering lakes. Guests staying with us enjoy use of the many property amenities. We host only one wedding per day to insure that our focus is entirely on you.

“We can’t say enough good things about Interlaken. During early wedding planning, we were initially torn between two venues, and what made us choose Interlaken was how incredibly responsive and friendly everyone we interacted with here was. Robyn gave us the tour of the venue and answered our million questions while we were in the decision phase (she was a joy to work with), and Susan was our assigned planner after we booked. Susan was super organized and on top of everything, and made sure we were feeling comfortable and prepared in the months leading up to the wedding. She was very accommodating, listening to our vision and making basically all of it a reality. She handled the logistics for all our events from rehearsal dinner to after party, and absolutely every part went flawlessly. The maître d’ and other support staff were equally incredible, going out of their way to make sure we were brought drinks and fed and happy the whole night. The venue itself is gorgeous, and it was a huge bonus to have all our guests able to stay on-site and able to entertain themselves with tennis and swimming and other included activities. The lake itself is so beautiful, and it made for a fairytale-like backdrop for the ceremony. All in all, Interlaken made our perfect wedding a reality, and we are so grateful we decided to go with them.”

“We had the pleasure of having our daughter’s reception at the Inn. We were forced to relocate to their venue because of a gas leak at our original location. 5 hours before the wedding! The entire staff, especially Mary the manager and Matt the bartender went over and above to make sure our reception went well. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful grounds and venue space. If they can do what they did for us in 5 hours. I can only imagine what would have been with 5 months of planning! Thanks again for your attention to detail and hospitality, you saved the day….”
