“We got married 9/5/26 at the Lake House and it was an amazing experience start to finish. From our first meeting with the owner Paul, to email communication, meetings with Carole, everything was exceptional. They really went above and beyond for our day. They are a great team and made it easy and stress-free. The venue is so beautiful on its own, you don't have to add much! The food was incredible, the views outside were amazing and the service was top-notch. They worked closely with us to pick our menu, linens, drinks, you name it. The day of went smoothly, as Paul himself continuously checked in on us and our guests throughout the night. We gave Carole our signage and other decor and she made everything look beautiful. Our guests have had nothing but great things to say. We would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend the Lake House and their team for a wedding or other event. We have not a single complaint, everything was flawless! We will miss working alongside such a great team! We'll always be grateful for them.”

“I just got married at this venue on 8/31/25. I was the second wedding after all the renovations made, and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mirian and Meg. If i can rate them & their staff alone it would be 10 stars. They were so attentive, helpful, professional, and kind. They didn’t only treat me (the bride) or the groom this way, they treated everyone with the utmost respect and amazing service. Sofia was in my care, who was the sweetest person and did everything for me that day. Meg was my maître d and she was so attentive and fun to be around. She pulled strings to make sure i got the most insane pictures and i couldn’t be more grateful that i had someone as great as her attending to me and my new husband! Mirian was the head person in charge before the wedding and she made everything so easy! She dealt with my vendors and made everything possible. she made sure my vision came to life and i really appreciate everything she did for me and my fiance as she made it possible. We met with her two weeks before the wedding, she helped me organize everything and even gave me very cute last minute ideas!! Meg and Mirian were the best two people to deal with i recommend anyone getting married here to push for them for their wedding day too. You know you have amazing staff too when your whole wedding and wedding party know them by name and mention that they loved them. The food was TO DIE FOR!! at one point after pictures, meg and sofia made sure me and my husband sat down for a moment to eat, which was super helpful and thoughtful. The food was amazing, everyone complimented it. Everyone raved about how good the meat carving station, seafood and pasta stations were. Everyone raved about the entrees and dessert as well. I cannot wait to go back and visit this place. It was so special, the vibe, overlooking the water. it made my fairytale wedding come to life. “We recently had our wedding at Water’s Edge Resort and Spa, and overall, it was a beautiful and memorable day. The setting is absolutely stunning, with a gorgeous waterfront backdrop that sets the tone for a romantic, coastal celebration. The Venue: The venue itself is the real star. The ceremony space overlooking the water is breathtaking, and our guests were wowed. The Royal Ballroom was elegant and clean, though it felt a bit tight for our 200-person guest count and had a small dance floor. The staff did a great job setting up. One of the biggest positives was their effort to keep our ceremony outside despite some tricky weather. Plan B changed multiple times throughout the day, but they were flexible and made a call two hours before—allowing us to have a lovely outdoor ceremony on the patio. The Coordination Team: This is where things fell short. The onsite wedding coordinators did their jobs but offered little more. They operate within a narrow set of rules, and most non-standard requests were met with a “no.” If you want anything custom, you’ll need to go to the head of sales. We strongly recommend hiring an independent wedding planner. The coordinators are not substitutes for a full-service planner and do not assist with day-of timelines. Don’t expect personalized guidance—you’ll need to advocate for yourself throughout. Tasting & Food: The tasting experience was one of the low points. The food was poorly executed, and it left us anxious. That said, the kitchen completely redeemed itself on the big day. The wedding food was delicious, well-presented, and received many compliments from our guests. We’re grateful they delivered when it mattered most. Pricing & Contracts: Expect extra charges for nearly everything. Review your contract closely—Water’s Edge adheres strictly to what’s written, even when verbal communication during planning differs. This added stress and confusion. Their team is extremely contract-focused, so nothing should be assumed unless it’s clearly in writing. Hotel & Room Block: The hotel is beautiful but expensive. Managing the room block was more difficult than anticipated, and we were quoted one rate, but our final contract reflected another. This required a lot of back-and-forth to sort out and added unnecessary friction to the planning process. Final Thoughts: Despite the challenges, we had a truly wonderful wedding day. The venue was stunning, our guests had an amazing time, and everything ran smoothly thanks to their structured operation. Water’s Edge is definitely a “wedding factory”—they’re efficient, but not especially flexible or tailored. If you go in with clear expectations, a strong outside planner, and a willingness to advocate for what you want, you can absolutely have the wedding of your dreams here. We’re grateful for the memories and happy with how everything turned out in the end.”

Peconic Bay Yacht Club itself is absolutely breathtaking. The property and views are gorgeous, and the building is just as beautiful. Not only did they pamper us as the bride and groom but they ensured that every single family member, our whole bridal party, and each individual guest had every single thing we could’ve ever asked for or needed on our big day. KAYLA, MEGHAN, the coordination team, the bridal attendants, the bartenders, and the whole staff ensured that our wedding played out without a hitch. Our multicultural ceremonies flowed seamlessly (which is so hard to do with numerous Indian ceremonies and American ceremonies on the same day). The staff was educated and so respectful for our traditions. • FOOD - where do I even begin with the food? The Chef knows what he’s doing. Every appetizer, hors d’oeuvre, entree, side, pastry, and bite was made with love and careful precision. The chef was so thoughtful and curated a menu of not only delicious timeless wedding staples, but he sprinkled in the most delightful Indian dishes to appeal to every taste (and dietary restriction) in attendance. Numerous guests commented on how every dish served was a hit. • THE DRINKS were flowing all night. From welcome drinks to the open bar, we told our guests to come thirsty and the venue DELIVERED. The BARTENDERS were so skilled and they made sure each (puppy themed) signature drink they served represented the love we have for our 2 sweet boys in addition to every drink they concocted throughout the night. • THE VIEWS were unparalleled. With the Farmington River as the ultimate backdrop, the venue made our early spring wedding look like a fairytale. We had nothing but positive feedback from our guests regarding the beautiful venue. “Our wedding was almost 2 months ago and I can’t explain how happy I am that I booked the crescent beach club. My guests still speak about how beautiful our venue was. The food, the drinks, the service and everything was incredible. I was blessed to have stacie as my coordinator. This woman is AMAZING. She put me in sooo much ease. I wasn't worried for a second on the weeks leading up to my wedding. The day of my wedding I was lucky with beautiful weather and all our guests went to enjoy the beautiful happy hour on the beach. I didn’t worry about a single thing on my wedding day. My matrie d’ was wonderful. She made sure to check up on us, she made sure we had food and water at all times and sent us home with A LOT of food. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place, not just for the location but for the amazing people that work there.
