“We had such an incredible experience hosting our wedding at The Waterview! Ariel and Kat were such a pleasure to work with. Kat made sure to keep things on track the day of our wedding and her entire staff made sure anything we needed was taken care of. “I just got married at this venue on 8/31/25. I was the second wedding after all the renovations made, and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mirian and Meg. If i can rate them & their staff alone it would be 10 stars. They were so attentive, helpful, professional, and kind. They didn’t only treat me (the bride) or the groom this way, they treated everyone with the utmost respect and amazing service. Sofia was in my care, who was the sweetest person and did everything for me that day. Meg was my maître d and she was so attentive and fun to be around. She pulled strings to make sure i got the most insane pictures and i couldn’t be more grateful that i had someone as great as her attending to me and my new husband! Mirian was the head person in charge before the wedding and she made everything so easy! She dealt with my vendors and made everything possible. she made sure my vision came to life and i really appreciate everything she did for me and my fiance as she made it possible. We met with her two weeks before the wedding, she helped me organize everything and even gave me very cute last minute ideas!! Meg and Mirian were the best two people to deal with i recommend anyone getting married here to push for them for their wedding day too. You know you have amazing staff too when your whole wedding and wedding party know them by name and mention that they loved them. The food was TO DIE FOR!! at one point after pictures, meg and sofia made sure me and my husband sat down for a moment to eat, which was super helpful and thoughtful. The food was amazing, everyone complimented it. Everyone raved about how good the meat carving station, seafood and pasta stations were. Everyone raved about the entrees and dessert as well. I cannot wait to go back and visit this place. It was so special, the vibe, overlooking the water. it made my fairytale wedding come to life. It wasn’t only the venue, it was definitely the people who worked there. Mirian and Meg, thank you so very much for making my wedding so memorable for me, my husband, and our whole family.”

“We recently had our wedding at Water’s Edge Resort and Spa, and overall, it was a beautiful and memorable day. The setting is absolutely stunning, with a gorgeous waterfront backdrop that sets the tone for a romantic, coastal celebration. The Venue: The venue itself is the real star. The ceremony space overlooking the water is breathtaking, and our guests were wowed. The Royal Ballroom was elegant and clean, though it felt a bit tight for our 200-person guest count and had a small dance floor. The staff did a great job setting up. One of the biggest positives was their effort to keep our ceremony outside despite some tricky weather. Plan B changed multiple times throughout the day, but they were flexible and made a call two hours before—allowing us to have a lovely outdoor ceremony on the patio. The Coordination Team: This is where things fell short. The onsite wedding coordinators did their jobs but offered little more. They operate within a narrow set of rules, and most non-standard requests were met with a “no.” If you want anything custom, you’ll need to go to the head of sales. We strongly recommend hiring an independent wedding planner. The coordinators are not substitutes for a full-service planner and do not assist with day-of timelines. Don’t expect personalized guidance—you’ll need to advocate for yourself throughout. Tasting & Food: The tasting experience was one of the low points. The food was poorly executed, and it left us anxious. That said, the kitchen completely redeemed itself on the big day. The wedding food was delicious, well-presented, and received many compliments from our guests. We’re grateful they delivered when it mattered most. Pricing & Contracts: Expect extra charges for nearly everything. Review your contract closely—Water’s Edge adheres strictly to what’s written, even when verbal communication during planning differs. This added stress and confusion. Their team is extremely contract-focused, so nothing should be assumed unless it’s clearly in writing. Hotel & Room Block: The hotel is beautiful but expensive. Managing the room block was more difficult than anticipated, and we were quoted one rate, but our final contract reflected another. This required a lot of back-and-forth to sort out and added unnecessary friction to the planning process. Final Thoughts: Despite the challenges, we had a truly wonderful wedding day. The venue was stunning, our guests had an amazing time, and everything ran smoothly thanks to their structured operation. Water’s Edge is definitely a “wedding factory”—they’re efficient, but not especially flexible or tailored. If you go in with clear expectations, a strong outside planner, and a willingness to advocate for what you want, you can absolutely have the wedding of your dreams here. We’re grateful for the memories and happy with how everything turned out in the end.”

Kayla, our coordinator, was nothing short of amazing. She made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable, always one step ahead. Her calm, confident presence made such a difference, and we always felt like we were in the best hands. Brittany, the assistant coordinator, was equally wonderful and so attentive, kind, and supportive every step of the way. On our wedding day, not only did we have Kayla and Brittany, but we also had Cam and Tara, two more bridal attendants that were absolute lifesavers. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure we could truly be present and soak in every moment. I honestly don't think I turned around once without them handing me food or drink! The service was outstanding across the board. The waitstaff was incredibly professional, fast, and attentive, making all of our guests feel so well taken care of. And the food, wow! It was beyond delicious. We are still hearing from guests about how amazing every course was. It truly exceeded all expectations. Nicole and Will at the bar were fantastic, friendly, efficient, and so fun. They kept the drinks flowing and the energy high all night long, and our guests absolutely loved them. “Our wedding was almost 2 months ago and I can’t explain how happy I am that I booked the crescent beach club. My guests still speak about how beautiful our venue was. The food, the drinks, the service and everything was incredible. I was blessed to have stacie as my coordinator. This woman is AMAZING. She put me in sooo much ease. I wasn't worried for a second on the weeks leading up to my wedding. The day of my wedding I was lucky with beautiful weather and all our guests went to enjoy the beautiful happy hour on the beach. I didn’t worry about a single thing on my wedding day. My matrie d’ was wonderful. She made sure to check up on us, she made sure we had food and water at all times and sent us home with A LOT of food. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place, not just for the location but for the amazing people that work there. “BEST wedding venue on Long Island! The Swan Club offers everything you need and more. The people involved in your big day make a HUGE difference and we cannot say enough great things about our maitre’d PAT and our bridal attendant DIANA. Both of them were there for whatever we may have needed and Pat was the best leading up to the day with answering questions and going over what we envisioned to make it a reality. There was no need for an outside wedding planner because of them and these two alone are enough reason to book the swan club! The food was SO delicious - from the extravagant cocktail hour to the 7 options for dinner and the spread for dessert was like a dream - they had some treats not other venues offer and everything was sooooo good. & the grounds are amazing with so many features like ponds and gardens - our cocktail hour and photos had the most beautiful scenery! We are so happy we chose the Swan Club for our wedding day and can’t recommend them enough for your next event!”
