We only host one event per day, allowing your wedding to be customized and tailored to your needs and preferences. A seasonal facility, we are open each year from May until mid-October. We offer beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for your ceremony and reception, accommodating staff, and delicious options for food catering.

    Had my wedding here on 9/28/24 and it was the most beautiful venue!! So much space it never felt crowded at all! I can't say enough how gorgeous it is here. When we first walked inside we were absolutely amazed! Outdoors is breathtaking! The pavillion for cocktail hour was great. There's a beautiful room to get ready in with plenty of space! Most importantly, Heather was so incredibly helpful from day one! Always available to answer questions and offer guidance. She made our day go beyond smooth. We could not have done it without her! She is an expert and truly helped make our day perfect!

Yes, We have plenty of parking for your guests. We even have space for buses/shuttles to park.
The Village at Boulder Ridge does not have a liquor license. However, multiple options are available for service of alcoholic beverages at your wedding or reception. You must also provide proof of a one day liquor liability insurance policy listing The Village at Boulder Ridge as additional insured.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances.
Our wedding packages include use of the Main Banquet Hall for up to 5 hours between 11:30am and 11:00pm, or use of the Pavilion for up to 5 hours between 11:30 am and 10 pm. If you wish to have a 6 hour reception, there is an additional fee.
