Working with GLAM by Shadelin as a bridesmaid was such a great experience from start to finish. Shadelin and Elif are incredibly down to earth and made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions without any hassle. They also were so easy to work with and really accommodating. They were able to do an early start time of 5am to get us ready by 8am. We were so happy they were available to take us on since it was a last minute request by wedding standard time. Their skill really showed through; my hair and makeup stayed flawless throughout the entire day, which is no small feat for a desi-wedding. I actually preferred my glam done by Shadelin and Elif compared to what I'd done for my own wedding a couple years ago. If you're looking for beauty professionals who genuinely know their craft and treat you like you matter, I'd absolutely recommend GLAM by Shadelin.

I first met Shadelin years ago when she was my hairstylist for my wedding, and I feel so lucky that our relationship has continued ever since! I brought her a few example photos from Pinterest and during our bridal consultation she was able to perfectly tweak the style to best suit my hair type. My hair is very thin and notorious for going flat quickly after styling, but Shadelin got it to look thick and last from the early morning all the way to midnight. Over the last few years, she has also been doing my balayage and haircuts, and every single time, I leave absolutely loving my hair. She somehow manages to get the color and cut perfect every time while still making everything feel effortless and natural. Her salon is stunning and so chic, but honestly, one of my favorite parts of every appointment is getting to catch up and chat with her. She is incredibly talented, genuinely kind, and always makes the experience so much fun. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair and can’t recommend her enough!

I had my hair and makeup done for an event this past Saturday, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable. Her studio has such a great vibe!! She absolutely executed the vision I had for both my hair and makeup. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I came in for a K-tip extension install and the results exceeded my expectations—the blend and placement look so natural and feel amazing. Shadelin selected the hair for me based on exactly what I was looking for: a perfect match to my dark brown base with some dimension. The extensions are human hair and air dry beautifully to match my natural wavy/curly texture. I’ve been using the brush she gave me and applying hair oil from mid-lengths to ends daily between washes, and my hair looks incredible. You can really tell she takes the time to educate you on proper aftercare, which makes such a difference. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for doing this for me. I truly appreciate you and your work—highly recommend!
