“My husband and I booked this venue before all of the renovations were completed, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. Our wedding was truly a dream come true. The venue was absolutely breathtaking, and the coastal wedding vibe we envisioned came to life perfectly. From the very beginning, the entire team was wonderful to work with, especially Mirian. She made the planning process incredibly organized, seamless, and stress-free. Mirian ensured that every detail was considered and went above and beyond to help us create our dream wedding. She coordinated with our vendors, accommodated our requests, and worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and for making our special day possible. The food was outstanding. Our guests are still talking about it! The short rib was phenomenal, and the mashed potato station was a huge hit. From cocktail hour to dinner and dessert, every option was delicious and beautifully presented. We received countless compliments on the food and overall experience. The venue was also extremely accommodating, particularly when it came to dietary needs, which meant a lot to us and our guests. A special thank you to both Mirian and Joe for their dedication and genuine care throughout the entire process. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue or team to help us celebrate one of the most important days of our lives. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning location, exceptional service, and an unforgettable wedding experience.”

“We recently had our wedding at Water’s Edge Resort and Spa, and overall, it was a beautiful and memorable day. The setting is absolutely stunning, with a gorgeous waterfront backdrop that sets the tone for a romantic, coastal celebration. The Venue: The venue itself is the real star. The ceremony space overlooking the water is breathtaking, and our guests were wowed. The Royal Ballroom was elegant and clean, though it felt a bit tight for our 200-person guest count and had a small dance floor. The staff did a great job setting up. One of the biggest positives was their effort to keep our ceremony outside despite some tricky weather. Plan B changed multiple times throughout the day, but they were flexible and made a call two hours before—allowing us to have a lovely outdoor ceremony on the patio. The Coordination Team: This is where things fell short. The onsite wedding coordinators did their jobs but offered little more. They operate within a narrow set of rules, and most non-standard requests were met with a “no.” If you want anything custom, you’ll need to go to the head of sales. We strongly recommend hiring an independent wedding planner. The coordinators are not substitutes for a full-service planner and do not assist with day-of timelines. Don’t expect personalized guidance—you’ll need to advocate for yourself throughout. Tasting & Food: The tasting experience was one of the low points. The food was poorly executed, and it left us anxious. That said, the kitchen completely redeemed itself on the big day. The wedding food was delicious, well-presented, and received many compliments from our guests. We’re grateful they delivered when it mattered most. Pricing & Contracts: Expect extra charges for nearly everything. Review your contract closely—Water’s Edge adheres strictly to what’s written, even when verbal communication during planning differs. This added stress and confusion. Their team is extremely contract-focused, so nothing should be assumed unless it’s clearly in writing. Hotel & Room Block: The hotel is beautiful but expensive. Managing the room block was more difficult than anticipated, and we were quoted one rate, but our final contract reflected another. This required a lot of back-and-forth to sort out and added unnecessary friction to the planning process. Final Thoughts: Despite the challenges, we had a truly wonderful wedding day. The venue was stunning, our guests had an amazing time, and everything ran smoothly thanks to their structured operation. Water’s Edge is definitely a “wedding factory”—they’re efficient, but not especially flexible or tailored. If you go in with clear expectations, a strong outside planner, and a willingness to advocate for what you want, you can absolutely have the wedding of your dreams here. We’re grateful for the memories and happy with how everything turned out in the end.”

“Our wedding was almost 2 months ago and I can’t explain how happy I am that I booked the crescent beach club. My guests still speak about how beautiful our venue was. The food, the drinks, the service and everything was incredible. I was blessed to have stacie as my coordinator. This woman is AMAZING. She put me in sooo much ease. I wasn't worried for a second on the weeks leading up to my wedding. The day of my wedding I was lucky with beautiful weather and all our guests went to enjoy the beautiful happy hour on the beach. I didn’t worry about a single thing on my wedding day. My matrie d’ was wonderful. She made sure to check up on us, she made sure we had food and water at all times and sent us home with A LOT of food. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place, not just for the location but for the amazing people that work there. “Our experience with The Riverview was incredible from start to finish. The process of booking included a detailed tour of the venue and a thorough review of the terms and conditions at a meeting to sign the contract, leaving us confident that we fully understood what we were agreeing to. Our tasting event was a wonderful chance to see the team in action and make some decisions about our own menu based on what we did and didn’t like. We worked with Kayla and Meghan as our coordinators, both of whom were a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive throughout the planning process. We were able to take advantage of their expertise based on experiences with past weddings but still had the flexibility to customize the details of the day so that it didn’t feel like a “cookie-cutter” event. And the physical space is truly beautiful! Our planning experience was wonderful, but the experience with the venue and team on the day of our wedding was exceptional. Meghan’s positive but firm leadership kept things moving smoothly and between her and our attendants, Cam and Felicia, every detail was attended to! They were prepared for everything, even wardrobe malfunctions, makeup mishaps, and last-minute requests. We did quite a bit of DIY planning and customizing, but on the day of, we did not need to lift a finger! We were especially impressed the the special attention paid to our priorities. My husband and I were excited about our menu and prioritized food during our planning meetings. At our wedding, the venue made sure we had plenty of opportunity to eat, but the excitement of the day took away our appetite. The Riverview team packed up all of the food we couldn’t eat and sent us home with our leftovers (plus some!) so that we still got to enjoy our meal! Another item worth noting is that although two weddings took place that night, we never would have known it! We could not hear the other wedding in our ballroom and never encountered the other group during the entire time we were on site! In short, planning our wedding at The Riverview was an amazing experience, and the wedding day itself was even better! I’d encourage anyone to book!”

Inside or out, a wedding at the Peconic Bay Yacht Club is a romantic affair. The manicured grounds and great lawn overlooking the Peconic Bay are ideal for your picturesque ceremony or tented reception. The building offers a variety of venues to accommodate your party’s style and guest list.

“I truly don’t even know where to begin because our wedding was everything we could have dreamed of and more. From start to finish, our experience was absolutely incredible, and there is genuinely not one thing we would change. Hillary and John were truly 10/10. From the very beginning, they made the entire process feel seamless and made us feel so taken care of every step of the way. Their attention to detail, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for us and our wedding meant more than we can put into words. We always felt like we were in the best hands. Peconic Bay Yacht Club itself is absolutely breathtaking. The property and views are gorgeous, and the building is just as beautiful. Everything is so clean, pristine, elegant, and incredibly well maintained. It was the perfect setting for our wedding and truly gave us that classic, timeless feel we wanted. Even without adding a single decoration, the venue is stunning on its own. The entire staff was amazing. Every single person was attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure not only we were taken care of, but our family and guests were too. The food is something our guests still talk about, it left me speechless. The butternut squash raviolis are an absolute must! Our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives, and so much of that is because of Hillary, John, and the entire team. We were able to be completely present and enjoy every second because we knew everything was being handled behind the scenes. If we could go back and do it all over again, we would choose Peconic Bay Yacht Club a million times over. There is truly nothing we would have done differently. We will forever be grateful for the most perfect wedding day and for everyone who made it so special. Thank you, Hillary, John, and the entire Peconic Bay Yacht Club team, for giving us memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives.”

“BEST wedding venue on Long Island! The Swan Club offers everything you need and more. The people involved in your big day make a HUGE difference and we cannot say enough great things about our maitre’d PAT and our bridal attendant DIANA. Both of them were there for whatever we may have needed and Pat was the best leading up to the day with answering questions and going over what we envisioned to make it a reality. There was no need for an outside wedding planner because of them and these two alone are enough reason to book the swan club! The food was SO delicious - from the extravagant cocktail hour to the 7 options for dinner and the spread for dessert was like a dream - they had some treats not other venues offer and everything was sooooo good. & the grounds are amazing with so many features like ponds and gardens - our cocktail hour and photos had the most beautiful scenery! We are so happy we chose the Swan Club for our wedding day and can’t recommend them enough for your next event!”

“So many great things to say about this venue! *Gorgeous venue & perfect location* Every other venue we looked at had these ugly-colored, outdated carpets covering the entire reception hall. What's unique to Greentree is the beautiful large tiles and chandeliers. Not only is it breathtaking to look at, but all of your photos will sparkle and it makes for a perfect blank palette for any color scheme! The rooms are spacious enough for all of your needs, yet so intimate. Since everything is in one area, the guests are always together and it never feels like people are separated. There was plenty of room for all of our vendors to set up successfully. The location is perfect - on the water with beautiful views. We had guests from all over so New Rochelle was the perfect middle ground! Not too far from the city folks but also not too far from those living further north. *All-inclusive is the way to go* We booked Greentree the moment we got home from our initial appointment! From day 1, Kristina was BEYOND helpful with everything from wedding details, to suggestions & words of advice. We planned and pulled off an incredible, full-on wedding in only 3 months and I don't think we could have done it without Greentree. Everyone was shocked! She made everything so easy for us and low-stress. This venue has a great reputation and whenever I mentioned it, everyone was so excited and surprised I was able to book in such short timing. There are SO many benefits to an all-inclusive venue. As a bride there are a million and one things to worry about - but this venue takes care of it all. No need to worry about booking all of the details like catering and a cake decorator. Didn't need a wedding planner either because of their amazing team! The cake the baker made was STUNNING. The cocktail hour had a huge, incredible variety of food and guests were shocked to find out we still had all of our actual meal courses to follow! They were so flexible and accommodated us bringing our own cultural traditional cookies to put out as well. *Super attentive & flexible* Bradford is AMAZING and helped us with our final decisions and decor! We also received a day-of bridal attendant and maitre d' who were beyond accommodating. My bridal attendant was with me the entire night fixing my dress, holding my bouquet, asking me if I would like a drink, and helping me with anything I needed. Our maitre d' Gonzalo is a GEM. I somehow spilled an absurd amount of chocolate from the fountain smack in the middle of my dress. Gonzalo sat with me for minutes miraculously scrubbing it off until it was gone. It was an impossible task but he did not give up until the problem was fixed. He also checked in with us repeatedly throughout the night, guided us to where we had to go at certain times, and made sure we were taken care of. As all weddings, unforeseen things happen. This team is super quick on their feet! Our wedding was in October and was blue skies just about every day of the month. Of course, our weekend there was an impromptu Nor'easter. I'll admit I was bummed as I was looking forward to the gorgeous outdoor setting and photos on the water. However, when I saw how beautiful everything was inside, I was moved to tears. For a venue to successfully pull off a change like that last minute and do such a beautiful job that I was so happy & grateful to have the wedding inside, speaks volumes. It was a perfect day and I wish we could do it all over again. Thank you all SO much!!!”
