With flexible room layouts, handcrafted menus, and warm hospitality, we make every gathering unforgettable. With two full bars and flexible indoor dining, it’s perfect for gatherings of all sizes. We put a creative spin on American classics with vibrant latin handcrafted cocktails made with seasonal ingredients. Equal parts laid-back and elevated, 80 Proof blends bold flavor with an unforgettable atmosphere. The Cuda Room + Back Bar Combination offers the option to combine the Cuda Room (our semi-private side space) with the Back Bar Room to create one large, fully private event area. When combined, this expanded space can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests standing — ideal for cocktail receptions, milestone celebrations, or corporate mixers. Our space is your canvas — mix, match, and make it yours. The possibilities are endless!

This semi-private space feels cozy but still keeps you in the heart of the party!

Perfect for gatherings of up to 30 guests, it’s tucked just slightly apart within our main dining room. It strikes a great balance between privacy and the lively 80 PROOF atmosphere. For The Eighty Lounge, we require a la carte dining and a $500 deposit to reserve the space, which will be applied toward your final bill, along with tax and 20% gratuity. This warm and stylish area is ideal for toasts, shared meals, and creating unforgettable memories with your closest friends and family.

'Cuda Side Room

An intimate space with room to celebrate in style.

Located within our Barracuda Back Room (behind 80 PROOF), this semi-private room accommodates up to 30 guests. It’s a bit more separate from the main dining area, offering a wonderful mix of intimacy and energy. Here, we offer family-style menus, passed appetizers, or a seated dinner. To reserve the room, we’ll prepare a contract and request a 50% deposit to secure your date. There’s no separate room rental fee for this private space — instead, you’ll choose from our food and open bar packages.

We have family style options as well as passed appetizers or a seated dinner option. This space includes dedicated staff for the private bar, convenient access to restrooms, and even a potential separate entrance to make your event feel extra special.
