Nicole Lentini is a Long Island–based makeup artist and hairstylist specializing in modern, elevated bridal beauty. She began her training at Long Island Beauty School in 2013 before continuing her education at Make-Up Designory in Manhattan. After working in salons across New York City and Long Island, Nicole refined her artistry and founded Palla Beauty, her own wedding-focused beauty business. With over a decade of experience, she’s known for creating effortlessly elegant looks that photograph beautifully and last from “I do” to the final dance.

At Palla Beauty, our expertise lies in creating soft and natural beauty looks. We focus on enhancing our clients' natural beauty. While we appreciate dramatic transformations, our clients trust us to leave them feeling like a better version of themselves. If you prefer a more glamorous style, we may not be the right fit, but we're happy to arrange a trial if you're interested.

Yes, we're based on Long Island but will travel to wherever you need!
On average our clients schedule their trials around 4 months before their wedding. For more info, head to our website trial! https://www.pallabeauty.com/post/when-should-i-book-my-trial
I either travel to my clients, my clients come to my apartment in East Northport, NY, or I can rent a space for our trial. I recommend booking your trial no earlier than 6 months before your wedding. I find that booking your trial too early can result in wanting a second trial. With that said...you do you!! If you want to book your trial asap, I won't stop you. Hair and makeup trials are booked for 3hr, or 90min each.
We book our services as “Makeup” and “Hair” for one rate and for 45 minutes per service. You/your guests can choose what they would like to get done in that time. We do not offer lower prices for partial services like just eyes, blowouts, etc.
Each Guest service is booked for 45 minutes. Each service for the client getting married is booked for at least 60 minutes depending on the final look.
We want our clients to look like their most stunning selves. We want you to recognize yourself when you look back at your wedding photos 20 years from now. Our bridal work is on the natural side. If you want a more dramatic makeup look, we may not be for you. If you’re set on a dramatic look and still want to book us, let's book a trial first.
Our kits are always changing with the constant flow of product and brand launches in the beauty world. In our makeup kits, you can usually find a mix of everything from Danessa Myricks, Makeup Forever, Viseart, Face Atelier, Mac & more. In our hair kits, most of our products are Color Wow, IGK, & L'Oréal Pro. However this does vary from artist to artist.

    The best hair and makeup artist!

    I had the best experience with Nicole as my bridal hair and makeup artist. I was looking for someone who would make me look like myself but better for our welcome party and wedding in Montauk. I booked a trial a few months before my wedding and Nicole kindly traveled to my apartment in Brooklyn. She’s very open to feedback and inspiration photos and after a few minor tweaks with the makeup, I felt 100% confident about my hair and makeup for the wedding events. She was very easy to communicate with and a lot of fun to work with. It felt like getting ready with a friend, who just happens to be REALLY talented at hair and makeup! She completely nailed my welcome party and wedding day looks— I couldn’t be happier and multiple guests told me they loved my looks and that I still looked like me. Nicole was one of my favorite vendors and I would choose her again in a heartbeat.

    Bride

    Nicole was the most incredible hair and makeup artist I could have asked for. I don't wear a lot of makeup on a regular basis, so I was really nervous about how I would look and feel on my wedding day. More than anything, I wanted to still look like myself, and Nicole made that happen perfectly. From my trial through the wedding day, she listened to every concern I had and made me feel completely at ease. She helped guide me through decisions, gave thoughtful input, and somehow managed to calm all of my nerves throughout the process. I also had Nicole stay throughout the day for touch-ups, and she was amazing. She worked seamlessly with all of our other vendors, jumped in wherever needed, and was such a wonderful person to have around. Nicole made me feel like the most confident and beautiful version of myself without ever making me look or feel like anyone but me. I can't recommend her enough to any bride looking for a talented hair and makeup artist who truly listens and cares about her clients.

    Highly recommend Palla Beauty!

    I cannot speak highly enough of Nicole and her services. I went down quite the rabbit hole with researching wedding hair and makeup services in the NYC area and was starting to feel overwhelmed by the options, which either felt too "glam" for what I wanted, way out of budget, extremely pushy, or like a factory churning out HMU artists. I found Palla Beauty and was encouraged by Nicole's focus on more natural looks, a personalized approach, and reasonable pricing. The trial we did together really sealed the deal for me - not only did I love the look she created for me, I also really appreciated Nicole's professional, calm, and grounded demeanor. I was nervous about what to expect but felt that she knew how to match my energy in a way that put me at ease. Her approach on the day of my wedding carried that same vibe, as did that of her colleague Raisa. I honestly did not know how my mother, sister, and mother-in-law would feel about getting their hair and makeup professionally done, but I can confidently say that everyone was overjoyed with their results, even if they didn't initially know how to articulate what they wanted. I feel so fortunate to have found a vendor who could make everyone feel happy and like the most beautiful version of themselves. I would recommend Palla Beauty in a heartbeat.

    Nicole is just the best

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Palla Beauty. Nicole is simply the best. I originally hired Nicole to do my makeup (plus the hair and makeup of my small bridal party). Our makeup trial couldn’t have been easier; Nicole “got” me and the look I was going for in an instant. Then, just a month or so before the wedding, I realized I needed her for my hair too. I never expected or even asked for a second trial but Nicole insisted. She made time to come to my apartment the very next week, whipped my hair up into multiple updos to see what fit, and sent me into my wedding day feeling completely confident that I’d look and feel my best. On the wedding day itself, Nicole and Raisa arrived right on time with everything they needed, including lighting and tables. The perfect picture of preparedness. There was zero stress, zero scrambling, just pure joy and excitement while getting ready. Nicole is the definition of poised, which is exactly the energy you want around you when wedding-day stress starts to creep in. She is patient beyond measure, prepared beyond belief. My hair and makeup were stunning. I felt like the most beautiful version of myself, and the look held up beautifully all day and night. So many guests asked who did my hair and makeup, and I was beyond proud to recommend Palla Beauty every time.     I would choose PallaBeauty again in a heartbeat!

    I am so glad I chose Nicole and her team to do the hair and makeup for my wedding party! As soon as I met Nicole for the hair and makeup trial, I knew I was in good hands. Almost no one in my bridal party wears makeup regularly, so I wanted someone who could create a natural and elegant look. Nicole, Jenn and Julie knocked it out of the park! We felt beautiful and confident all night long. My hairstyle held up even though I almost never left the dance floor! I would choose PallaBeauty again in a heartbeat!
