Yes! Lachel Bridal is fully mobile and we travel throughout Long Island, NYC, and beyond for on-site bridal styling. Whether you’re getting ready at home, in a hotel, or at your venue, our team brings everything needed to create a calm, seamless, and luxurious experience. Travel fees vary by location and are discussed during booking so there are never any surprises.

We recommend reserving your wedding date 6-12 months in advance, especially for popular spring and fall weekends. Early booking ensures you secure your preferred stylist and trial date. However, if your wedding is coming up soon — reach out! We always do our best to accommodate last-minute brides when our schedule allows

Absolutely. Bridal trials are a key part of our process and typically take place 2–3 months before your wedding. During your trial, we’ll explore different styles, discuss your dress, veil, and accessories, and refine your look so you feel 100% confident on your big day. We can also travel to you for your trial, for an additional fee.

We can accommodate bridal parties of all sizes! Depending on your timeline, we’ll bring additional stylists to ensure everyone’s hair is finished efficiently and beautifully. We’ll help you create a customized schedule so your morning runs smoothly from start to finish.

To secure your wedding date with Lachel Bridal, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This ensures your date and stylist are reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due on your wedding day unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment via Venmo, Zelle, or Cash for your convenience. All pricing and travel fees are discussed upfront in your proposal — no hidden costs, just a smooth and stress-free booking experience

Overall, I was happy with my wedding day beauty services! My hair by Lauren was stunning and romantic—exactly what I envisioned, comfortable, and stayed beautiful all night. Diana also did a lovely job with my makeup, which photographed beautifully and lasted throughout the celebration. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 comes down to the overall experience and timing. Communication about arrival time was a little lacking, as I had to reach out late the night before to confirm. I had shared my timeline in advance to avoid getting ready too early—we had no First Look, our venue and bridal suite access (along with our photographer) was set for 4:20 PM, and our ceremony was at 6:30 PM. Despite this, services were wrapped up just before 2:00 PM. This left me waiting in my hotel room for almost two hours, unable to lie down or rest despite being very sleep-deprived and stressed. The biggest disappointment was near the end of my hair service. Lauren’s energy changed noticeably, and her body language, expressions, and tone made me feel rushed and like an inconvenience during a moment that should have been relaxing, fun, and exciting. Diana stayed a little longer to finish my makeup and remained friendly and sweet. Also, because both hair & makeup were being done simultaneously with a lot of chatting, a few makeup details lacked blending and required quick self-touch-ups after they left. I truly loved my final look and am grateful for the beautiful results, but with better timeline management and a more relaxed client experience, this easily would have been a 5-star review.

We intentionally build extra time into all of our wedding morning timelines because, in our experience, unexpected delays can happen, and we’d much rather have our brides relaxing and enjoying the morning than feeling rushed to get ready. While I understand that this resulted in a longer wait before your ceremony, our goal is always to create a calm, stress free timeline. I also want to sincerely apologize that my demeanor made you feel like an inconvenience. That was never my intention. I was navigating something personal that day and truly believed I was keeping it separate from work, but after reading your review, it’s clear I didn’t do that as well as I should have. For that, I am genuinely sorry. You deserved to feel celebrated, cared for, and completely at ease throughout your wedding morning. Thank you for your honest feedback. These ladies are AMAZING!
These ladies are literally amazing, they are where it's at! If you need hair and makeup, I wouldn't look any further. The bridesmaids all looked amazing and bride LOOKED FANTASIC. They paid attention to detail and they were even fun to be around and get ready with. They know how to setup a good timeline too. Everyone's hair stayed in place the entire night. Thank you ladies!

THE BEST HAIR AND MAKEUP!!
First off I want to say that I loved how my hair and makeup came out!!!! Alexa did my makeup, I told her I didn’t want my faced caked with makeup because I don’t usually wear makeup to begin with. I wanted a natural look and she killed it!! Chelsea did my hair and I was blown away!! Exactly what I wanted curls, half up and half down, and gave her some hair accessories for the final touch and she did it perfectly!! They both are so amazing and talented! They were both so sweet and made the start to my day amazing! Thank you so much, both of you!!

Amazing day and experience!
Working with Lachel Bridal was such a smooth experience from start to finish. She responded quickly to booking & questions and was incredibly considerate with scheduling, which made planning so much easier. Before the wedding day, Lachel gave me clear instructions on how to prep my hair and face, so I felt ready and confident. On the morning of the wedding, her team arrived early with everything they needed and got right to work. The makeup artist (diana) even brought a face mask and mini facial massage to kick off the day, which was such a thoughtful touch and helped me relax. Throughout the entire process, Lachel (chelsea) stayed in touch and was genuinely excited for me, which made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend her to any bride looking for an experienced beauty team.

BEST HAIR/MAKEUP IN THE BUSINESS
I cannot recommend Lachel Bridal enough! Chelsea and Lauren handled hair for myself and my bridesmaids, and they were an absolute dream team. Chelsea did my bridal hair, and she truly went above and beyond for me. I actually went back to her for a second hair trial to make sure everything was perfect, and she was so incredibly thoughtful throughout the process. Before our second meeting, she actually went to the store herself to personally color-match my hair and picked out the perfect extensions to complete my wedding look. It made such a huge difference, and I felt like the most beautiful version of myself all day. Chelsea is as nice as they come and totally a "girls-girl!" Lauren was also so efficient and talented with my bridesmaids—everyone’s style held up perfectly from the first photo to the last dance. Lauren also is truly so talented. On the makeup side, Diana is a true artist. She did my bridal makeup and several bridesmaids, and we were all blown away by how flawless yet natural we looked. I am not one to wear makeup, so Diana made sure I looked like myself on my wedding day. I wish I lived in NY, I'd use her for ALL my events! Alexa was also incredible with the rest of the girls, ensuring everyone felt confident and camera-ready. The entire team was professional, calm, and so fun to have in the suite while we were getting ready. If you want a stress-free morning and stunning results, book them!
