“Simply Elegant Group was by far my favorite vendor! Every single person we talked to from Lindsay Mackey, their amazing manger and our first contact to the hotel-block assistant was a joy to work with, communicative and helpful. The workbook, spreadsheets, and connections with other coordinators and vendors made the whole wedding planning process more enjoyable and streamlined. We chose the Day of Coordination and are very grateful to have had Hanh as our wedding coordinator! Hanh is worth her weight in gold! With Day of Coordination we received not only ten hours of custom coordination from the wonderfully efficient and empathic Hanh, we also had the help of her assistant. This was perfect because someone was by my and my husband’s throughout the day. I loved that with SEG we had a whole team of magnifically organized, thorough and compassionate individuals to support us in executing our dream wedding. Once we had submitted our information Lindsay contacted us to go over all of the things included in wedding planning. She created a rough draft of our day of timeline and gave us access to our Wedding Workbook. They have templates for everything you will need for organizing your wedding and making sure you do not miss out on important, but often overlooked details. Two months before our wedding date we were connected with Hanh. From our first meeting throughout the whole time before the wedding and for the duration of our wedding itself Hanh was both our wedding angel and ninja rolled all into one. I had done a lot of the initial setting up vendors, but as soon as she could she took over as my contact person. This meant the vendors had to email/reach out to Hanh and left me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. From this point on I started to enjoy wedding planning.I love that she reached out to not only myself, but included my now husband and daughter in on a meeting. If there were any hiccups leading up to the wedding I did not know until they were already handled. On our wedding day, everything went smoothly for my husband and I and our family.Again if there were any mishaps my husband and I were oblivious of them and we had the best wedding ever! “Where do I even start? For 20 months, we worked with Hanna. She is hands down the best coordinator, planner, and content creator, and we are so happy we chose to work with her. We initially booked her for day-of coordination and content. From our very first meeting, I could tell how incredibly knowledgeable she was and that I could trust her. As we started planning, we quickly realized how helpful she was, so we upgraded to partial planning, which was one of the best decisions we made! She became such an invaluable resource throughout planning. No matter how many questions I had, she was always quick to respond, even outside of her normal hours. We had monthly meetings to make sure we were on track. She helped us with design decisions, recommended where to order things, and even shared discount codes. She also took certain tasks, such as designing our menus, completely off our hands. Hanna helped us book our last few vendors and took the lead on communicating with them. We also hired her for content for our rehearsal dinner. Although she was not in charge of planning it, she still offered to bring the welcome sign stand as well as tapered candles for more decoration. She also took pictures of us and our guests, which was really nice not having to worry about doing it ourselves, so we could be fully present. On our wedding day she brought the box stand for our signage, which was one less thing we had to worry about. Since she was doing content for our day, Kaylee and Melissa took over the coordination, and they did such a great job making sure everything was on track! Moments before walking down the aisle, I realized I forgot to reapply my lip gloss, and Melissa ran to get it for me in time. I was so grateful! The content she captured from our rehearsal dinner and wedding day was amazing! She got photos and videos back to us within 24 hours, which was so sweet to be able to relive those moments so soon after. Hanna genuinely went so above and beyond, and we are forever indebted to her. You will absolutely not regret working with her!”

“Jocelyn and Bailey did an excellent job coordinating my wedding. Jocelyn did a great job preparing us for the day ahead of time and making sure we had everything lined up. On the day of, they did a wonderful job setting up, running the show, and tearing down / cleaning up. My goal was for myself and my family and friends to just be able to show up on the day and not have to do much of the work. I will say we definitely accomplished this goal. Their assistance was worth every penny and I would recommend them to any couple getting married. We chose the sun package and if I could change anything I would have upgraded to a more inclusive package to ease the planning stress even more. You wont regret the money spent here.”

From set up, to greeting and paying vendors, to tear down, we were able to be so present in a day that could have been so stressful because we knew we were in great hands. We debated whether or not we would hire a day of coordinator and Xtraordinary Coordinations turned out to be the most important vendor of our special day! In the lead up to our day, Ariel met with us several times (including a venue walkthrough) and is so personable and charismatic, the meetings that could have been really stressful were actually really fun! “We shopped around a bit for a planner before landing on McKayla and her team over at Shaded Spruce Events. Even though we only booked the partial planning package, it felt as if we had a full planner on our side. McKayla made an effort to meet us on our level and elevate ALL of our ideas into a reality. McKayla took most of the logistical planning out of our hands, which allowed us to focus on the fun things. She also helped us settle on and refine the design of the event, and she gave really great ideas that we probably wouldn't have though of on our own. Her recommendations for vendors was also super helpful, and we were very pleased with the ones that we booked. She quickly figured out what we were looking for and how we operated and catered the planning to fit what we needed. With our package, we were also able to utilize a lot of additional decor and services that Shaded Spruce provides, which really added to the overall design of the event. On the big day, we didn't see much of McKayla and her team beyond what was needed, but we knew they were working hard to make the day perfect because the day went perfectly from our perspective! Not only did the event look perfect, we were also extremely satisfied with McKayla and her team's communication. We were always in the loop about what we needed to do and where we needed to be without it feeling overwhelming. At the end of the night, she handled the organization of the tear down, which allowed for the two of us to head out without having to worry about it. Overall, working with McKayla and her team was a true pleasure. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is even thinking of getting a planner. Until the day of, you don't realize how much running around there actually is and Sarah did all of that with ease. “Do yourself a favor and hire Dos Goats! I could not imagine wedding planning without them. From start to finish Adam and Christina were amazing to work with!
