What's Poppin, a Chicago-style popcorn company, is based locally out of Albany, NY. We make all of our popcorn on premises by hand, by real life popcorn enthusiasts. As a custom wedding cake baker, my job is to help each wedding couple create a design that perfectly complements the tone of their wedding. Together, we will find the look, feel and personality of your cake, and have fun doing it! As each couple is unique – so is their cake!
