    Beautiful AND delicious!!

    Chef Kelsie and the Gingersnap Bakery team are the best! Kelsie was quick to respond to our initial inquiry and set up a virtual meeting to discuss timeline, design, and cost. We showed her some Pinterest inspo pics and she drew a sketch on the spot. Then we picked out some cake and frosting flavors to sample, and she mailed them to our house (cake tasting and a movie was so fun!). She was always easy to reach and quick to respond. On the wedding day, she personally delivered the cake to our venue, and everything went without a hitch – in fact, we completely forgot about the cake until we walked into our ballroom to preview it during cocktail hour. The cake itself was absolutely beautiful and hit the brief perfectly; it was exactly what we wanted. It was an 8-inch single-tier token cake for the photo op, and the photos turned out great. Moreover, it was DELICIOUS! Perfect texture, just the right amount of sweet. We got their mocha flavor with chocolate ganache as our filling/frosting but asked for vanilla buttercream on the outside to match our white theme. We are so excited to eat the slices we are saving for our one-year anniversary!

    Amazing Cake

    The Gingersnap Bakery was a fantastic choice for our wedding cake. From the start, their communication over email and phone was great, and my consultation with them over Zoom truly allowed them to capture my vision for the cake. The final product was amazing - the taste and decoration were exceptional, especially considering the very reasonable price. On the day of the wedding, they delivered the cake seamlessly, and afterward everyone was raving about how delicious and beautiful it was. I would highly recommend The Gingersnap Bakery to any couple planning their wedding.

    Amazing!

    The Gingersnap Bakery was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding cake and desserts. Their communication was easy, quick, and reliable throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was simply gorgeous, delicious, and perfect. They made the wedding cake of our dreams, and all of the cake samples we had were so yummy it was hard to decide on just one flavor. We are so grateful to the Gingersnap team for helping make our special day even sweeter.

    Amazing, beautiful desserts!

    Desserts were amazing! Can’t go on enough about how delicious every different dessert was! The wedding cake they made for us was beautiful and delicious as well! I showed her a picture of what I envisioned and she replicated it to a T! Would highly recommend!

The first initial cake tasting is free of charge and we try to have requested cake and dessert flavors on hand. After the initial tasting there is a small fee for each additional cake tasting box.
We can accomodate tree nut alergies, gluten intolerance and vegan restrictions. Though we do work with all of these allergens within the bakery and can not 100% gaurentee there is no cross contamination though we do try our best to supply products that fit these requests.
Yes we are fully licensed by the state of New York.
Pricing does not include delivery or a set up charge. Each delivery fee is determined by how far from the Bakery we will need to travel and execution of the set up of the dessert display. We can give you an accurate delivery quote during your consultation.
