We offer wedding ceremonies on-site and your wedding party has access to the entire estate for photographs. Every soup, dressing, and sauce is homemade the day of your event. No matter the type of occasion, we serve the best wedding dinners and offer the best service. With elegant décor and stunning view, our ballroom is perfect for your wedding reception. Exquisite hand-painted Tuscan Inspired Murals are throughout the 6,000 SF room. Grand floor to ceiling windows and wide glass doors allow for a stunning view from all angles of the ballroom. Large wrought iron chandeliers and wall sconces offer perfect lighting for an intimate gathering. Our outdoor pavilion takes away the worry and stress of unfavorable weather. The pavilion includes an air-conditioned bridal suite where you can relax & touch-up your hair & makeup. Plenty of seating, mirrors, and a lighted vanity (with day-of necessities in the drawers) make this the perfect space to relax before saying, “I do”.

    Bride

    We worked with Jackie and had the best experience. She was quick to communicate and very clear and concise. She was able to modify how they typically do weddings to fit our vision. We ended up having ceremony on the lawn of the house next-door (that we rented), cocktail hour under pavilion and reception inside. She was great at communicating with vendors via email. The only complaint we got is that they bussed food too quickly from the table at certain times. The food was delicious.

    The best to do it - our perfect day

    From the moment we started planning, Ventosa Vineyards made the entire process effortless. Jackie answered over 50 emails with genuine care and attention, and her enthusiasm made us feel like our day mattered deeply to her team. When we arrived for our Sunday ceremony, everything was already perfectly set up—we got to walk in and simply enjoy the experience instead of worrying about details. The ceremony space was stunning with breathtaking views and just the right amount of shade, and we loved the space has the Italian charm with Vineyard views. Throughout the reception, Phyliss and the staff kept our guests happy with fantastic food and flowing drinks while working behind the scenes with such thoughtfulness. Ventosa Vineyards is the kind of venue where you can truly relax and celebrate because you know you're in capable, caring hands. If we could do it all over again, we'd do it the same.

    Best Finger Lakes Wedding Venue

    We knew we wanted to get married at a Finger Lakes winery and couldn't have chosen a more beautiful place to get married than Ventosa Vineyards. The Seneca Lake views and the vineyards created the most incredible backdrop for our ceremony and photos! The staff was amazing throughout the entire process and made planning our wedding so easy. They were attentive, professional, and truly cared about making our day special. So many of our guests mentioned how blown away they were by the venue. We were told several times that it was the best wedding they've ever been too, the food was hot and one of the best meals they've ever eaten at a wedding. We are so grateful to the Ventosa team for helping create such a perfect and memorable wedding day!

We can accommodate 60 and 280 guests in our banquet room.
November- May
Unlike some venues, we only reserve one wedding per date. That means our 23 acres of vineyards overlooking Seneca Lake as well as our expansive terrace are for only you and your guests to enjoy!
We host 5 hour long receptions, with the option of adding on an additional hour at an extra fee.
Included in the room fee are Reception chairs, tables, linens, glassware, flatware, and cutlery.
There is a deposit schedule attached to every contract communicated from Ventosa Vineyards to the Bride and Groom.
A non-refundable $800.00 deposit is required to secure your wedding date.
If you need to cancel your event, any deposits made up the date of cancellation will not be refunded. Also, the client becomes responsible for any expenses that Ventosa Vineyards incurred in preparing for your event. You agree to hold Ventosa Vineyards harmless and agree to pay all legal expenses incurred by Ventosa Vineyards in the event of litigation or enforcement of this agreement.
Of course! We have a new, covered wedding ceremony pavilion that is raised to provide a great view of our vineyards and Seneca Lake.
Our new, covered Wedding Ceremony Pavillion can be utilized rain or shine!
Your Vendors are allowed to start setting up as early as 10:00am the day of your wedding. Ventosa will kindly set up your décor and pack it up when the reception concludes. You are not required to take anything, aside from cards and gifts, the night of, and you may pick everything else up the next morning.
The absolute latest your reception can go until is 12:00 Midnight.
Yes, we have an attached, air-conditioned bridal suite at the entrance of our ceremony pavilion. Bridal parties have loved the convenience of relaxing there before walking down the aisle.
We make every food item fresh and in-house in our full executive kitchen next to the banquet room. We do not allow outside catering or food to be brought in.
Outside wine may be permitted with a $20/bottle corkage fee.

Ventosa Vineyards is fully insured, so additional insurance is not required.
There is a large parking lot with 2 other overflow parking options as well as a ramp to drop off anyone that may have trouble walking up a few stairs to our entrance.
We have our own accommodations right next door. There are several other options for hotels or Air BnB, VRBO, etc.
Yes, there is a drop off ramp that comes right up to the front entrance for anyone in a wheelchair. There are also front-row handicap parking spaces available.
Your DJ/Band would provide the sound system and microphones for your ceremony and reception. We do have power at the ceremony site for them to connect to!
Special arrangements including decorations, flowers, displays, and audio-visual equipment should be discussed in advance. Additional charges may apply to these special arrangements. Ventosa Vineyards is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Note: Ventosa Vineyards is a Roman Catholic blessed facility that its wedding reception and ceremonies has an agreement with MMG, Inc. Therefore, the picture of The Sacred Heart and the Crucifix must remain un-desecrated and can’t be removed of covered up.
Yes! Your wedding at Ventosa includes a day-of coordinator to ensure everything goes smoothly and your day is stress-free!
You may add on an additional hour for the reception at an extra charge.
