Hi, I’m Jessica, the baker behind Sprout & Crumble Bakery! I’m passionate about creating desserts that allow everyone to feel included in life’s sweetest celebrations. Everything I make is gluten-free and plant-based, but I believe dietary needs should never mean sacrificing flavor or having a beautiful dessert table. As a small, local baker, I put genuine care into every order and love working with couples to create a dessert selection that feels personal to their celebration. Whether it’s cupcakes, cookies, or a custom dessert bar, my goal is to make your wedding a little sweeter—and make sure every guest has something delicious to enjoy.

Tastings are not included in the starting price, but tasting boxes are available for an additional fee. This gives you the opportunity to sample a selection of our gluten-free, plant-based desserts and choose the flavors you love before finalizing your wedding dessert menu.
Sprout & Crumble Bakery is a New York State registered home-based food business and operates in accordance with applicable New York State home processor requirements.
Your guest count is the best place to start! For dessert bars, I recommend planning for approximately 2–3 individual desserts per guest, especially when offering a variety of cupcakes and cookies. I’ll work with you to determine the right quantities based on your guest count, dessert selection, and whether your dessert bar will be the main dessert or part of a larger spread.
