Cassandra was such a perfect coordinator for my wedding! I discussed potential family issues that may arise on the day of the wedding (which did almost come to fruition), and her answer for how she’d handle the situation was what sealed the deal for me. She made sure my day went off perfectly. Absolutely perfectly. Literally nothing went wrong. I was fully prepared for the old saying of “something always goes wrong at a wedding” to happen. It never did. Cassandra made sure everything was just flawless. I also hired her for setup the day of, and she was able to take my DIY decor and make it look so classy and perfect for the vibe I wanted. She was super responsive every time I had a question and even made suggestions that were outside the box, but really enhanced the day and made it extra special. She was the most important vendor we hired for our wedding, and she is the first person I recommend to anyone I know getting married. The planning process was truly fun and stress-free thanks to her. She was incredibly helpful when it came to selecting and communicating with other needed vendors, which made me confident I wasn't forgetting anything, and that I hired people I could trust. She was also incredible at designing the look and feel I was going for, and even communicated this to other vendors so everyone was on the same page. She also went above and beyond to make the rehearsal and day of the wedding stress free, too, by coordinating with other vendors to make sure everyone know where to be at what time, communicating with the photographers to ensure they captured photos of my favorite details, reminding me of things to communicate to the wedding party before the rehearsal, etc. Kayla and her team were on top of everything so we could just relax and enjoy the planning and the day of the wedding. We had such a great experience working with this décor and floral team for our wedding at Cypress Grove in Orlando. They handled our table décor and florals for our outdoor ceremony and reception, and everything looked absolutely beautiful. The tables, florals, and overall design really elevated the space and fit the venue perfectly. What impressed us most was their professionalism and how proactive they were throughout the day. They arrived early for setup and worked directly with the venue staff to make sure everything was ready to go. Our wedding coordinator unfortunately wasn’t the best communicator, but this team completely stepped up and helped lead the décor setup process so everything stayed on track. They were organized, calm, and clearly very experienced working with wedding venues and vendors. They also stayed to help with a few final setup details to make sure everything looked perfect before guests arrived, and at the end of the night they helped break everything down quickly and efficiently, which the venue really appreciated. One of the sweetest touches was that they took a few Polaroid photos of us during the wedding and gave them to us that same day. It was such a thoughtful surprise since you normally have to wait weeks to get your wedding photos back. Even though they’re a newer wedding décor and floral company, their customer service, attention to detail, and coordination with the venue and photographer were amazing. If you’re looking for a reliable wedding décor vendor who goes above and beyond, we highly recommend them!

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! Hiring Gina to be our planner was the first wedding decision we made and the best one! I cannot recommend working with her enough! Gina helped us put together a dream team of vendors, she was there for every question, every step of the way and most importantly helped us put on the MOST INCREDIBLE WEDDING EVERRRRR! We worked with Gina for a little over a year in our planning process and she was consistently on her game and just a pleasure to have in our lives. Gina made sure we were staying on task getting things done so we never felt overwhelmed. She took the pressure off by helping to narrow down vendors, setting up appointments, giving recs and just cut down on the hundreds of hours of research this would've taken on our own to do. She was clearly known and trusted by other vendors in the community and they all raved about working with her. When it came time for the wedding itself, Gina knocked it out of the park. She also brought Alexis as a day of coordinator to help who was fantastic to work with. Alexis made sure our rehearsal went off so smoothly and efficiently and was a reliable second set of hands on the wedding day. Throughout our time together, Gina made sure to get to know us as a couple, what made us comfortable, what our vibe was and that was so clear on our big day. Rain caused us to have a last minute change of our ceremony from outside to inside and she helped all the vendors to flip the space in record time. She decided what questions needed to come to me and which ones I didn't need to be bothered with because it would unnecessarily stress me out. As a bride, this was so important. We told Gina we wanted our wedding to be a giant dance party start to finish and her creative ideas and timeline helped us deliver just that. Gina went above and beyond, helping one of my bridesmaid's fix her hair at the last minute, finding us the most unique props for our dance floor (hello robot dinosaurs!) and even helped us to quietly remove a guest from the party who had had too much. We booked Felic Events For our Content Creation and Photo Booth on our wedding day & I honestly wish we had came across them way earlier in our planning process because we would have 1000% booked them to be our planners for the entire wedding as well. Not only were they extremely professional, exceptional service and skill, but they were the sweetest and most intentional people throughout the planning process and especially on the big day. Natalie was with me and my bridesmaids most of the time while Hector was tending to the groomsmen which allowed them to not miss a special moment for either of us. They made sure we were hydrated, and constantly helping with literally anything we needed. Natalie truly helped me feel beautiful, calm and taken care of in the most otherwise chaotic moments. I could go on for DAYS about how amazing they are but if you want to have the most enjoyable wedding planning and wedding day, I truly recommend not waiting any longer and booking them now. It will likely be the best investment in your most special day!
