Catrese Green (West) got her pseudonym from her grandmother who nicknamed her “Minnesota Fats” because she was a chubby baby. The nickname was shortened to Mini and has stuck with her over the years. Miss Mini began singing with her father in a Top 40 band called “Electric Image” in 1990. She now has her own band that performs her original music as well as cover tunes. She has been touring throughout Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

DJ Jazzy J first played her way onto the music scene in 2013. DJ Jazzy J surely knows how to mix it up with new and old sounds. Jazzy J will help plan the wedding by providing a questionnaire to pick out the music and help with the order of the reception. The son of a 70's soul singer, Maples enjoyed sifting through and listening to his father’s records, 8-tracks and reel-to-reels as a child. Shortly thereafter, he signed a major record deal as a rapper, joining the likes of Missy Elliot and Aaliyah. Mariachi Hidalgo was founded in 2017 and is led by our Musical Director Hernan Hidalgo Treviño who is a first-generation musician within his family. At the age of 21, Hernan is New York City’s, as well as the East Coast’s, 1st ever “Youngest Musical Director of a Mariachi Band”. Hernan graduated from the CUNY of Hunter College as a Music and History major to better prepare himself for both the musical and culture of mariachi. Within the first 2 years, Mariachi Hidalgo has performed in some of New York's exclusive places. Hernan's main goal is to inspire and motivate other youths to continue this musical tradition of mariachi.

Bethany Lancaster is a performer, teacher, and collaborator based in the Piedmont Triad. She runs Lune River Harp Studio, which seeks to instill an admiration for the musical arts, inspire students to reach their full potential, and create lasting memories with each performance. Known for her passionate and masterful performances, Bethany plays regularly as a soloist and ensemble member.
