“We couldn’t have asked for a better venue experience for our wedding weekend (which consisted of a welcome party in the Mapleview Gardens, tented Front Lawn ceremony and reception, and after party in the Golf Clubhouse). Bonnie and her team were incredibly easy to work with from start to finish, quick to respond to any emails, and truly went above and beyond to bring all of our ideas, visions, and requests to life. Since our guests were traveling, it was nice to have a one-stop-shop for all of the wedding activities once guests arrived, and the Wappanachee Cottage was the perfect home base for the bride/groom and family to stay for the weekend and have plenty of room to separate to get ready. When the weather didn’t (at all!) cooperate, they were flexible and proactive, offering back-up spaces and seamlessly adapting plans to ensure everything still felt magical and stress-free. We were so excited to have our wedding here, and they somehow exceeded our incredibly high hopes & expectations. So grateful to have had our wedding at Lake Morey Resort!”

“If you want your wedding to be a weekend long affair filled with love, laughter, and beautiful scenery, look no further than Stickney Farms! From the start Jen was very easy to work with, letting us tour the venue multiple times and always responding promptly to emails or texts before, during, and after the wedding. When a storm came through the night before our wedding, Jen went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We loved the ability for us and our guests to stay on property all weekend, which allowed us ample time to decorate, set up, and enjoy time with family and friends. The venue and property are so naturally beautiful and there are a million ways to make it your own. We had guests travel from near and far and all told us what a special spot we had picked. We had a perfect wedding weekend and can’t imagine having held it anywhere else! Big thanks to Jen for making our wedding dreams come true. ️”

“The Barn on the Pemi was the perfect venue for our September wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and thoughtful in their communication. Their professionalism and expertise put us at ease throughout the planning process even when unforeseen circumstances created a change in coordinator; the team was available in person or via phone or email to talk through any of the ideas we wanted to see on our day. On the day of, the venue made for the most beautiful backdrop to our special day; our guests got to go on a journey through the stunning grounds as they transitioned from our greenhouse ceremony, to cocktail hour on the terrace overlooking the mountains and lastly dinner and a night of dancing in the barn. Krysta and her day-of coordination team were absolute stars, and they made us feel like family throughout our entire wedding experience. They set up all of our decor and personalized touches, as well as worked with our outside vendors to help them prepare for the day. Her and her team truly brought our vision to life, down to the smallest details like the blue goblets and rust-colored napkins. “Riverside Farm was so wonderful to work with and a spectacular place to host our wedding! We hosted around 130 people and had three days of events at Riverside Farm in 2026 and all went so smoothly and were stunningly beautiful. We had a welcome party in the evening the first day, a cocktail hour and reception the second day, and a farewell brunch the morning of the third day. It’s lovely to have the whole space for your wedding for the weekend - we were glad to only have people we knew at the venue, and to not feel rushed for arriving and dropping things off nor leaving at the end. Kaycee gave us a tour of the property in 2025 which was very helpful and gave us confidence. Then over the next year, we worked extensively with Krissy, our wedding coordinator, to bring the wedding weekend to life. She was excellent, friendly, helpful, and kept everything running smoothly and was our one point of contact for anything we needed related to Riverside Farm. She coordinated all with 1888 Builders, the company you are required to rent from for tables, chairs, kitchenware, etc. We found the prices to be reasonable and it was easy to just work through Krissy and Vermont Farms Catering, who did our catering, as they knew exactly what was needed for most things. The property is absolutely stunning. The barns are immaculately maintained and the grass and landscaping too. The accommodations vary in layout and we and our wedding party enjoyed them but they are not all your typical rooms of a queen or king bed. Additionally, they are scattered around the property but none are so far from the main activities that it’s a hassle. We enjoyed the beautiful Suite for the bridal couple, it’s a large, eclectic space and convenient from the red barn. We would highly recommend Riverside Farm and Krissy and the whole team for your wedding!”

“Our experience with Owl’s Nest was absolutely incredible from start to finish! From the moment we toured the venue with Gail, we knew this was where we wanted to get married. She made the entire booking process so easy and helped us choose the perfect date. Owl’s Nest truly offers an all-in-one experience — the on-site lodging made it so convenient for our family and friends, and every space on the property is breathtaking. We hosted our wedding in The Lakehouse, which was stunning, and originally planned to have our rehearsal dinner and welcome party in The Vault. When our guest list grew, the team seamlessly moved our welcome party to The Sunset Pavilion, and it worked out perfectly! We even reserved the golf simulators at Slice, which added such a fun touch for our guests. A huge thank-you to Taylor, our event planner — she was absolutely amazing. She put so much thought and detail into everything and made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. The night before and the day of the wedding, she and her team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. I was nervous about vendor coordination, and Taylor personally reached out to each one to confirm everything so I wouldn’t have to worry. On our wedding day, she was my cheerleader, problem-solver, and calm in the chaos. I know Owl’s Nest has several planners, but I truly feel so lucky to have had Taylor. She made our entire experience unforgettable, and we could not have asked for a better venue or team. I would recommend Owl’s Nest to any couple looking for a beautiful, seamless, and joy-filled wedding experience!”

The inn and property are absolutely beautiful, with a quaint charm that made the perfect backdrop for our wedding. The staff went above and beyond to meet every need, with incredible attention to detail that made us feel so cared for throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Sam, the venue coordinator, who was simply amazing. Her organization, professionalism, and kindness took so much stress off our shoulders. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the whole experience unforgettable. “Overall, I would highly recommend choosing the Red Clover Inn as your wedding venue. I have included some criticism to take into consideration, but in the end would not have changed my decision to have our wedding there. I have so much more to say, but am limited by the characters limit. THE GOOD PART The wedding weekend was the wedding of our dreams. Our guests were welcomed with open arms by the staff who worked incredibly hard. There were fresh flowers for our VIPs and all throughout the inn as a special touch and they truly went above and beyond to make our family and friends comfortable. We had planned a welcome barbeque that I thought would be very casual, but the staff really elevated it with their décor and attention through the evening. We got to enjoy the outdoor space under the stunning apple tree for our evening and the team put on a bonfire with s'mores for us. The bridal suite is my favorite room of them all. Bright, comfortable, and beautiful. We fit my group of 6 and a beauty team of 4. The day of the wedding was heavy rain all day long. We did have a rain plan in place and moved everything into the barn. The barn is beautifully decorated with ethereal lighted trees and candles throughout. It was an excellent back-up plan. The staff stood outside with umbrellas for the entirety of the ceremony and I don’t know what we would have done without them. We then moved to the cocktail hour and reception which were held in the inn. It was STUNNING. The staff did all the decorating with the items we brought and their own pieces, and our special touches to personalize our wedding, we didn’t have to lift a finger the day of the wedding. I did provide a list of decorations and my expectations for placement to help move things along prior to the event. There was a room for everything. We had dinner in the tavern, and after the meal, the guests used the other rooms, or took a break to their rooms while the tavern was transformed to the dance floor. The flow of the evening was so natural, and I really feel like the venue catered to every guest’s need with a quiet sitting room, a dancing space, and a space in between. At the end of the night, there was no clean up for us, the staff took care of the necessary items that evening, and we picked up the rest of the venue after our guests left the next day. The on-site accommodations perfectly fit our guest count and were comfortable for everyone. We got to appreciate every inch of the Inn and I am so happy we chose it. THE CRITIQUE We visited the inn 3 times through planning, and each visit was very productive, with Venetia’s undivided attention to chat through logistics and details, but we would recommend better communication when guests are not visiting. I did feel like I had to visit to accomplish planning items. Promised follow-up was rarely followed through. I did have to push on this when it began to affect our vendors (ie. Table dimensions for our florist), and ultimately we got the information we needed. Contracted timelines were also not held to through the planning (ie. guest room reservations going out on time). And the final critique was unclear pricing on a few things like the bar, a kitchen usage fee, and catering costs. The Red Clover staff was always responsive to our escalation, but I wish it didn’t require that. I highly recommend if you choose this venue, requesting clear deadlines and pricing stated in the contract.”

“Absolutely — here’s a polished version that still feels personal and heartfelt: We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Loon Mountain and the incredible team who made our wedding day absolutely magical! From management to the entire staff, everyone was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were kind, accommodating, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we had hoped for. With rain on the radar, the team worked with us and moved things around to make sure we were still able to have our ceremony at the summit — something that meant so much to us. We are incredibly grateful for the effort they put into making it happen. And in the end, the overcast weather made the mountain even more beautiful. The views were breathtaking, and our photos came out looking absolutely majestic against the mountains and clouds. It honestly felt like something out of a dream. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and made for such a unique and unforgettable wedding experience. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful Loon was and how special it was to take the gondola up the mountain for our ceremony. The food was also fantastic! A huge kudos to the chef and culinary team — everything was delicious and beautifully done. Our wedding day was truly the most magical day, and Loon Mountain was such a huge part of making it that way. We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful place to get married or a better team to have behind us. We will forever be grateful to everyone at Loon for giving us a day we will never forget. If you’re considering a mountain wedding, Loon is an incredibly special place.”

“Had my wedding at mountain top on 7/31 and it was everything i could’ve ever dreamed of. All of my guests are still raving about it saying “wedding of the century” and “best wedding I’ve ever been to”. They helped me with all the planning and made the process so much easier. They have so much to offer, from gorgeous views to fun activities. The groom and groomsmen all went skeet shooting the morning of before the wedding and they had so much fun. We rented several guest houses and had the Jewel as our bridal suite and it was absolutely stunning. The staff there was very attentive and helpful. My planner, Miranda, was super helpful and my day of coordinator, Elizabeth, was absolutely amazing. She worked so hard to make the day run smoothly and everything was so perfect. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day and I can’t wait to go back there on our anniversaries and enjoy all that the resort has to offer. It was worth every dime”

“Our February 2025 wedding at The Pitcher Inn was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, the entire experience felt effortless, warm, and deeply personal. Jim truly led the service team with exceptional care and professionalism. He made sure every detail ran seamlessly—not just on the wedding day, but throughout our entire two-night stay afterward. Anything we needed was anticipated before we even had to ask, which made the whole experience feel incredibly thoughtful and calm. Sergiu, Shanay, and Jannielle deserve special recognition for keeping the energy light, fun, and engaging. Our guests absolutely loved connecting with them—it felt less like “staff” and more like friends who were genuinely excited to be part of the celebration. Their presence elevated the entire evening. The food was a 12/10. Not a single dish was sent back, which says everything. Chef Jacob and the kitchen team (Marine, Arra, Cem, Ervin, and Stella) went above and beyond, even accommodating a gluten-free request for just one guest with care and attention that never felt like an afterthought. And the cake—crafted by head baker Jordan—was truly breathtaking. It looked like something straight out of Vogue and tasted just as incredible. Our ceremony was very small and intimate at the courthouse up the road, and our cocktail-style celebration at The Pitcher was intentionally simple. But doing “simple” well requires an immense amount of planning—and thanks to Caitlin leading the way, I didn’t stress once. She took everything off my plate, made decisions easy, and even stepped in to make choices for me when needed. Her calm confidence allowed me to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We already can’t wait to do a vow renewal someday—just so we have an excuse to plan another party at The Pitcher Inn. This place, and the people who make it what it is, will forever hold a special place in our hearts.”

“The Inn at the Round Barn Farm is one of the most magical places on the planet. We had our September 2026 wedding at the Round Barn and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The location, the beauty, the comfort, the service... all immaculate. We knew this is the venue we wanted from the minute we stepped foot on our tour in 2024. Fortunately, it lived up to all our expectations. The inn itself is clean and inviting. There's a variety of room styles - we had our immediate family stay here during wedding weekend and they all loved it. The unique decor makes for fun spots to do wedding photos too! Ashley, the innkeeper, just instantly becomes part of your family. She is kind and thoughtful and makes sure you have everything you need. For example, she made sure she had iced coffee for my fiancé and I before we arrived because she remembered from our tasting weekend we didn't do hot coffee. Also the breakfast and treats she makes is UNREAL - so yummy. I keep thinking about the maple yogurt bowls... Renee, the wedding coordinator is a force; she is exactly who you want running your big day. She is calm and easy to work with, while also running a tight ship and making sure you get everything you want. A few months out from our wedding, when we met and started working with Renee, so many of our lingering concerns just dissolved. She is ON IT. We really wanted a private breakfast the morning of our wedding to do private vows. We would've been fine with just a table... Renee went above and beyond to create a beautiful, romantic, private breakfast for us. This was one of the highlights of our entire wedding weekend. Ari, food and beverage manager, just simply makes your dreams come true without you having to do much. We gave her notes from our food tasting and general "vibes" for our signature cocktails and she just nailed it. She also does so much more for you than 'just' the food and drink. Her and Renee are a dynamic duo for all the things you need. I also just appreciated her ability to be fun and thoughtful during a weekend that had a lot of pressure on us. Food was really, really important to us. We wanted really extraordinary dinners for our guests. RBF nailed it. Guests were talking about the food all day and night. My friends are STILL talking about the caviar potatoes in my group chat. Every single bite I took was 5 stars. We can't wait to return here for our anniversary every year. 3”
