“We stumbled upon The Vineyard completely by accident after a disappointing tour at another nearby venue—and thank goodness we did! From the moment we met Lesley, everything changed. She welcomed us with open arms and offered a last-minute tour that immediately felt like fate. We knew, without a doubt, that this was our wedding venue. Lesley was truly incredible throughout the entire planning process. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail took so much of the stress off our shoulders. She seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even had to ask. It honestly felt like she read my mind and brought my exact vision to life. The day itself was nothing short of perfect. The venue was stunning, the flow of events was seamless, and the food was absolutely amazing. We still have guests raving about it! If you’re searching for a venue that’s not only beautiful but also run by someone who genuinely cares and will go above and beyond to make your day unforgettable, look no further than The Vineyard and Lesley. I’m so grateful we found them. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more”

We rented the venue from Friday-Sunday for us and the wedding party, which was so convenient for our friends coming from out of state. Andrea also helped me coordinate with all of my vendors, which made the weekend go much smoother than if I had done it all myself. Every single one of our guests had nothing but great things to say about the venue and the experience. We hope to come back and stay for an anniversary trip some day! “From the moment we started working with Emma at Castle Ladyhawke, we were impressed by their quick, efficient, and warm communication style. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with an authentic, charming feeling that made our wedding day feel truly special. The food was fantastic and despite complications it was a beautiful and magical day. While our initial coordinator, Emma, was great to work with over the 8 months leading up to the wedding, we were disappointed to learn upon arrival that she would not be there on the day. Her replacement, Kelsie, arrived late, did not have our updated documents, failed to communicate with the vendors that there was a space for them on the third floor, and seemed to lack the positive energy and personal responsibility we had come to expect. There were also a few small hiccups, like the arch being set up incorrectly initially. But overall, we had a wonderful, memorable day for us and our guests.”

“Still dreaming of our perfect wedding day, all made possible with the help of Appalachian Wedding Company! After being engaged in the summer of 2023, I was overwhelmed at the high dollar price tag attached with many small wedding venues in the East Tennessee area. After a quick call with Sarah, I knew that Appalachian Wedding Company would be the right fit for our big day. We went to take a tour of the "Peaks and Promises" venue with Taylor, which sealed the deal for us. The venue was a perfect location in Gatlinburg, tucked away without all the bustle of the busy traffic of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The spectacular view was worth a million dollars and I cannot recommend it enough as the background for a wedding in the Great Smoky Mountains. Throughout the wedding planning process, Sarah and Taylor were so accommodating and always available to answer any questions I had. They truly were there every step of the way to make my wedding day vision a real life fairy tale! Taylor did a tremendous job officiating the ceremony. We could not have asked for better. Highly recommend adding on the video package. I am so thankful we have it to look back on our special day for years to come. 10/10 recommend Appalachian Wedding Company for a beautiful wedding in the GSM!”

“I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience at the Magnolia. From the start, Macey was so helpful and answered all of my questions quickly! The day of the event, the staff was incredible. They were available for anything we needed. The venue itself is incredible- the views are absolutely gorgeous and people could not stop talking about how incredible the space was. The weather was perfect in mid-September and they were able to open the sliding doors of the reception space which added another layer of gorgeous views and fresh air that people are still talking about a month later! The space is intimate, serene, and absolutely breathtaking. We LOVED the Magnolia and I would recommend it to anyone in a heart beat! I cannot say enough amazing things about it!!!”

“The Mustard Seed Venue was the perfect choice for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was quick and efficient. The entire venue was beautiful, from the cabin for the reception to the ceremony site. I think the fact that the owner, Kathryn, took it upon herself to help dry seats for guests because it started raining just shows how much they care. The staff is super kind and the stay was great. It was literally exactly what we both wanted for our big day. The kindness they showed and the fact that we could reach out and immediately get a response was wonderful.”
