Contained within the boathouse is a 3,040 square-foot space called the Community Room that provides a charming place for throwing the festivities which you have always wanted to experience. This space is on the 2nd floor, and it also offers two balconies that overlook the scenic Charles River. A calm, beautiful, and picturesque place, there's as much to admire inside as there is on the outside. The boathouse is easy to get to and offers free parking.

Country Club of Greenfield was established in 1896. It is one of the finest, and oldest, golf courses in New England. On October 22, 2011 the former clubhouse was destroyed in an unfortunate fire. He moved to the United States in 1995 and took his family with him. They fell in love with what is now Monadnock Berries and the rest is history. Once a colonial farmstead known as Cherry Hill Farm, the Bradley Estate was transformed in 1902 into a classic country estate. Dr. Arthur Tracey Cabot hired noted Architect Charles Platt to design a great house, landscaped grounds, and a complex of farm and estate buildings. Platt adorned the lovely natural setting with manicured lawns, a walled garden, and a brick-edged parterre garden. In 1945, Cabot's niece Eleanor Cabot Bradley acquired Cherry Hill Farm and lived there with her husband until its bequest to The Trustees of Reservations in 1991. Mrs. Bradley made some notable additions to the property, including a greenhouse and a studio. Today, the Bradley Estate is open to the public and the house and grounds host special occasions for both private and corporate clients.

Built in 1853, this mansion was the first Italianate stick-style house built in the US. There is a large veranda overlooking the well-manicured gardens with many fountains and flower gardens. This property specializes in romantic getaways and elopement packages.
