“Our experience working with Jamie and Ceremony DJs can be best summed up by the fact that multiple people told us after the ceremony they wanted to book him for their wedding and at least one got his business card! I can't imagine a better DJ, truly. When we first met with Jamie, he said he could make people dance to anything and would keep people on the dance floor all night, and he WAS NOT LYING. The whole night, the dance floor was PACKED even though it was rainy/muddy/cold/wet. Jamie took us on a journey that covered all of the bases of the music we love to hear and dance to, seamlessly and magically (?) integrating genres with the best mixes, it was pure wizardry and really captured who we were. We as a couple care a lot about music and wanted music that represented who we were and what we like to listen to, and he did not disappoint! So much prep work went into this, he took patience and time to try to understand our tastes and vibe, and it was so cool to have the wedding played on vinyl- basically, Jamie just "got it" from start to finish and we had the best time! Our wedding also got delayed due to rain and a road closure and he was such a good sport, staying late to keep us all dancing for a whole other hour- so fun! Also, when our ceremony musician was stuck in traffic due to the storm, he was so prepared and had our prelude/processional music downloaded so we could still walk down the aisle to the songs we'd chosen. Overall, such a cool, kind, funny guy who was professional and prepared in every way and honest just takes time to meet and know his clients, and clearly just loves to share his love of music. I would book him for everything if I could. BOOK THIS DJ. You will NOT regret it!”

I'm still getting sooooo many compliments from our families on how we were able to combine our traditions and our music! And our guests LOST IT when they came out on the dance floor with their instruments and danced with us! I did this in lieu of a zaffet group because i wanted something more unique -- in lebanon a drumline would follow the bride and groom and dance/perform for guests -- and it was definitely the right choice!!! On top of their amazing performance, Marlon was **insanely helpful** both leading up to the day and on the day. I didn't have a wedding planner and was making last minute decisions/timeline changes myself the day of. I couldn't have done it so smoothly without Marlon being so helpful as an MC and being so willing to roll with it! He was absolutely fantastic!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! We knew we needed a Dj and wanted a photo-booth option. I reached out and received an almost instantaneous response and quote for services by lya. Their website was easy to use, the promptness in response to details/ questions were exceptional. lya even was more than willing to tour the venue to pre-approve set up within the space ahead of time. The price was right within our budget and almost seemed too good to be true in comparison to the quotes given by others for the same services. I'll be honest, my hopes weren't the highest, as we budgeted minimally for these services. I figured "you get what you pay for." BUT I was BLOWN away by Chaun & lya's professionalism, promptness and overall services. Chaun was given very vague information as far as music selections. He was able to quickly read the cues and likes of the guests and kept people on the dance floor during the majority of the reception. Our guests were not whining down, as they normally do closer to the close of the evening. We ended up paying for them to stay an additional hour (again-at a reasonable price) and they were more than willing to stay and accommodate. I wanted our wedding to be nothing less than memorable and fun for ourselves and our guests. Chaun & lya gave us exactly that! So so happy with their services. We also received our digital Photo Booth gallery (which was also a hit) four days following the wedding and it was so awesome looking at the pictures and reminiscing on such a great night during on honeymoon! 100% recommend!”
