“John is an amazing DJ . Having him from the moment we chose him to the day of our wedding having the monthly check ins really helped make the process easier. One thing we really loved is he played all our request. He worked around our schedule, using video chat to finalize everything was great ! He has his own website accommodated to you where you can add any music you want through YouTube etc worked out well with our wide variety of genres our guests liked. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ and person to help make our day special. You will not be disappointed ! We genuinely enjoyed every single part of working with them, from the beginning stages including them hearing our vision and vibe for the wedding, during the planning and using the app which made outlining our event and plans so easy, to the event itself where they really engaged all of our guests and got the party going. Even though we had a brunch wedding, Joseph and Erika helped it feel like we were "dancing the night away!" We cannot believe this was our WEDDING!!! & it wouldn't have been the same without Black Diamond Event Production! People are still messaging us to say this was the best wedding they've ever been to! Not only is this team so talented that it is almost out of this world, they are also good people. People you'd want sitting at your table, people you'd want in your corner, and people you will want to keep in touch with forever. DJ Tavo sent us our dinner and reception mixes as they played the night of our wedding almost immediately. Which means we can keep reliving this night!! It was such a sweet surprise. Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! Not only was he great at his job, he was so friendly and so communicative and spent the whole night with a smile on his face. He played music at our ceremony and reception, and it went exactly how we wanted. He sang a couple songs and even joined in on the dance floor for some of our songs like the Cupid shuffle and cotton eyed Joe, it was a total blast! We didn’t want the night to end, 10/10 would recommend him for your event!”
