“I've never worked with a DJ as good as Drew and his crew. Drew had sent me an email a few weeks before the couples wedding with the reception timeline (a first) and kept me up-to-date with any last minute changes the day of. It is clear by working with Drew how much he loves his job and how much he cares about the couples he works with. He got the crowd going, the dance floor was always packed and he invited the couple up to DJ booth which was so fun for them and also amazing for pictures. If you are looking for a DJ who cares, gets the dance floor going and is easy to work with, BEG Event Group is it. I will be recommending them to all my clients!”

“Jon smith is hands down the best DJ you could possibly pick for your wedding. He really gets the audience going with his upbeat music and his crowd pleasing games. From day 1 he was so easy to work with and very personable. We had a phone call with him to start and it felt like talking to a friend. He is such an outgoing and great dude. He takes the initiative and always follows up on emails and confirming everything is perfect. We highly recommend visiting him at his office for the second meeting instead of a call/virtual. We had a great time chatting and joking while listening to music with him in person. He gave recommendations on mom/son dance, first dance, father/daughter dance etc. We listened to a ton of music and just hung out for awhile. He performed at Lakeview Pavillion and had a beautiful setup in the corner of the smaller sized ball room and was very professional. His 2 staff members were great as well. He mc’ed the event and knocked it out of the park… Ask Jon to do the towel/guests dancing around the chairs game and thank me later! It’s been 4 months and guests are still saying how much fun they had at our wedding and that the music was dead on ALL night! Jon is the man for your wedding. “My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! “In today's world everything is extremely overpriced and service is terrible. My wedding was very stressful for me because of this. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. DJ Double E exceeded all my and my husband's expectations and -consider yourself lucky if you hire them for any event. I'll be calling them again!!!”

“Joe and his team were incredible! All of our guests are STILL talking about how great Joe was - he picked perfect songs that were a hit with our crowd across generations and included some of our all time favorites as well. We gave him a few do not plays and just a couple must plays, but he handled the rest perfectly!! Fine Tune Entertainment has an easy to use planning website, where we were able to edit our timeline and song choices throughout the process - this helped keep everything super organized. Joe was excellent at keeping the schedule moving with speeches, photos and dancing. We also used Fine Tune Entertainment's sister company for the photo booth which was incredibly high quality and a major HIT with our guests. They had the option to get digital copies or take home a printed one! We added 10 up lights to our space as well and Joe perfectly managed color changes to enhance the party vibe. “Denise is amazing! During our DJ search for our wedding, my (now) husband and I came across Denise very early in our search. And I’m so happy that we did! Faced with the fact that we needed to find someone who would get (and keep) both of our dance-happy families on the dance floor, it was daunting to find the perfect fit for us and for the celebration to follow. We had to rely heavily on reviews to narrow down our search…but that only gets you so far when you want to feel the energy. In a leap of faith, we reached out to Denise. After that first meeting, we never looked back! It was easy to just spend time talking to Denise. She was our hype-lady from day one, working with our schedules from planning to the meticulous execution of the wedding day. She was patient with our indecisiveness on which instrumental version of our procession song we wanted (weeks of samples, back and forth, and for us to ultimately pick the first version she shared). As a planner, I very much appreciated Denise’s attention to detail. She combed through every detail with us well beforehand, so that she didn’t have any questions the day of the wedding. “Brian is one of the best wedding DJs in the business. In the past two years I’ve been to eight different weddings. Brian was the DJ for three of the eight, and the party/reception component of the events was never more fun than when Brian was driving the bus. He is an east coast DJ, but he spun tracks at both of my sister-in-laws’ weddings and as we were searching for a DJ for our own wedding we reached out just to see what he would charge for a wedding in Chicago. Turns out the price was right. Brian traveled to Chicago, MC’d our entire wedding, brought all of the equipment necessary and made our day exceptional in every way. I think there are a few things that really set Brian apart from other wedding DJs. Anyone can stand there and run through a playlist, but Brian went off book a few times to match and capture the energy of the guests. As we were in the midst of the planning process he added zero stress, and just calmly walked us through the process of selecting songs. He had suggestions and recommendations along the way. He even brought an extra speaker so that we could plug our digital piano in and the pianist would be able to play loudly enough. Overall, we can’t recommend Brian highly enough. You will not regret choosing him to DJ at your wedding, party, event. Whatever it is, Brian is a huge value add and a pleasure to work with.”

“Cape Tunes came highly recommended from our Venue, and once we chatted with Scott we knew we had found our team! He was so fun and flexible to work with, sending us a music form ahead of time and actually listening to what we wanted. They played all our favorites, including a song by the grooms band! The ceremony music was incredible, and they knew exactly when to signal for our first kiss, which made that moment even more special. All night long they kept the dance floor packed with songs that worked for every generation, and we loved watching our parents dancing right alongside our friends. Beyond the DJ services, their uplighting and photo booth completely transformed our venue and turned the whole night into a real celebration. Scott truly was the perfect fit for us! “DJ Graeme Ritchie was the perfect choice for our wedding entertainment. He was a true professional. He dressed appropriately, was on time and honored all our requests. Because our ceremony was at the same venue as our reception, he covered our music set for our ceremony as well and ensured everything went smoothly, even providing a microphone for our service. During the reception he doubled as our Master of Ceremonies keeping tabs on the timing of events as to when they should occur. Our guests were very pleased. “We could rave about DJ Thrilla all day long, but in the words of our wedding guests: “Best dance floor we’ve seen in a long time!” It’s been weeks since our wedding and our guests can’t stop talking about how great the music was. Arthur did a great job with the ceremony and cocktail hour, and managed a tricky parent dance section (multiple sets of parents & timing!) We requested a Taylor Swift mashup and he exceeded expectations and made it the highlight of our night. The dance floor was always packed, and Arthur did a great job of taking into account our requests while playing music everyone would enjoy. We opted to use uplighting as well, which looked beautiful during dinner (we chose a warm lighting) and was so fun for the dance floor with flashing lights. By the end of the night, he even had guests asking him to travel to Texas to DJ their wedding! Booking DJ Thrilla was one of the best vendor decisions we made for our wedding and we could not recommend him more!”
