“I hired Tiffany to do my friends make up for her spring wedding this past May. I simply cannot recommend Tiffany and her team enough. When seeking out a MUA for my friend, I knew it was important to have someone who was understanding and patient. Tiffany has such a personable attitude while maintaining a professional demeanor which keeps the energy of the room very calm. Our bridal suite indeed got incredibly chaotic during our appointment time and Tiffany and Leydy both kept cool, didn’t add to the stress, maintained their schedule and executed everyone’s hair and makeup beautifully. Her manners during the appointment were impeccable, I can’t thank her and Leydy for keeping the energy up while getting ready under stress (it’s wedding day after all!) The makeup done for the bride and sister of the bride was flawless. Tiff really cares about her clients input and LISTENS TO YOU. Given past experiences with MUA, this was also an important factor in choosing her. Tiffany’s mission is to make you feel your best while making you look your best and knows that starts with you I like how she asks questions and takes the intimidation out of makeup. You don’t need to know makeup to be able to communicate your needs to Tiffany. The makeup held up the entire day, she even gave us a special little touch-up bag with thoughtful touches in it. There was a little mirror, cotton swabs, a little extra of the lipstick she used and a couple makeup wipes for the end of the night! I heard everyone throughout the day comment on how gorgeous the Brides makeup was and all the photos of it came out fantastic. I highly recommend Tiffany and Louder with Powder not only for the quality of makeup done but the quality of person Tiffany is. She inspires a confidence in you beyond the makeup she puts on your face :)”

“I feel SO INCREDIBLY LUCKY to have found Jenny for my wedding makeup! They were kind and friendly, very flexible to my needs (and trauma from a previous makeup trial that went poorly), and of course, did an incredible job with my makeup. When I first reached out to schedule, I sent them a little blurb with references about what I’m looking for, how I usually do my own makeup, etc - and when we got to the trial, their attention to detail came through completely. I mentioned “maybe” wanting to use my own blush and Jenny had brought backup options in similar tones to the one I had mentioned, and every single thing I mentioned as TBD, Jenny asked about in the sessions to clarify the details. It was really nice feeling so confident that they had sat down and really considered about my unique needs. On a few elements in the trial we agreed that we’d try one thing, and then decide after if we wanted to go another direction for the wedding day. We ended up “going the other direction” on both points, but I was glad we did it that way, because it gave me more confidence I made the right decision. For one point - the exact eyeshadow tone specifically - I even gave a little feedback in realtime on the wedding day, and Jenny was super unbothered, working with me to achieve the exact look I wanted. I also have to mention that I always have creasing in my undereye area (late 30s bride) and Jenny was able to help me with this. I mentioned that I had this issue to Jenny after the trial, with a comment about always having that issue, and it might not be fixable. Jenny’s response was “I’m so glad you told me!” and they were able to very significantly reduce this to something imperceptible on my wedding day. Amazing! I also have to mention that Jenny is FAST compared to other makeup artists. It seemed very common for MUAs to require a minimum of 2h set aside for their services, but Jenny recommended 60-90min. We set aside time for 90min, and they finished a little over the 60min mark for my look! Overall I will be actively and enthusiatically recommending Jenny to any friends I have who might need bridal makeup!”

“This review is long overdo, Dom saved me 4 days before my wedding which was on March 30th. By saving me, I mean that 4 days before the big day my original hairstylist was no longer able to work on my wedding day and I was in a panic. Luckily, Dom was recommended by my wedding makeup artist ( Patricia Castro aka queen) and from the beginning of our phone call I knew she was “the one”. She was kind & genuine, and though doesn’t usually work on Sundays, had 1 open that month for emergencies such as mine. We both agreed that perhaps this was all meant to be. On the day of my wedding, there was a lot of dancing, running around, and even a bit of rain .. that’s when I knew that my hair would have required Dom’s level of expertise as it can become a frizzy mess with any of the above circumstances. I’m amazed still at how Dom was able to perfectly execute the look I was going for WITHOUT A TRIAL. What this showed me is that she is someone that listens to her clients & as someone who has had 3 previous hair trials - this is so vital to look for in a stylist for your big day. Domonique is extremely talented with her art. There’s no question about this and I’m grateful to have been able to experience her skillset on my wedding day . But what I also wanted to highlight is her kind soul. Let me tell you- vibes on your wedding day can make or break your mood. Brides, you want to make sure that you’re surrounded by positivity . “Paru was so wonderful from the very first moment. It was great how easy she was to communicate with and she made me feel so secure in my choice very quickly. Paru had a wonderful portfolio of work to look at online with many diverse clients which made my vision really feel possible as I have a very diverse friend group with ladies of so many different skin tones and complexions. She was amazing at really capturing what I wanted for my wedding day makeup and was super accommodating despite having many additions to my wedding party needs between booking and day of. The whole time, Paru was super professional, kind and understanding of my changing needs. When the morning of the wedding came, she and her assistant were professional and prepared, while also being a joy to work with. I had 5 bridesmaids, my mom, mom’s friend, grandma, and me getting ready and everything worked out perfectly on time. She was so kind accommodating last minute additions just days before the wedding too, and taking such great care of my grandma, who hasn’t had her makeup done in a very long time. Paru and her assistant took such good care of all my ladies and me and everyone looked so stunning, me included of course. She sent me off with a touch up kit, but despite many tears, I feel like my makeup didn’t budge the whole night!!! I’ve never had makeup look so ME, I almost didn’t recognize myself right away as someone who hardly wears makeup, but once I was fully dressed and glammed up I felt like the most perfect version of myself. It was really like a dream come true! I am so happy with how my look and all my ladies turned out, everyone was so beautiful. I cannot recommend her enough, she was such an angel to work with. I’ve never felt more beautiful!”

My younger daughter’s hair was also done beautifully and held up perfectly throughout the day. There was a little hiccup with timing, mostly because I hadn’t clarified a few details ahead of time, but she was so accommodating and worked with the schedule we had left. From the makeup trial to the final bridal look, all the adjustments I requested came together beautifully. In the end, everything turned out even better than I had imagined.
