MacCallum House provides the scenic beauty of the Pacific Ocean and a beautifully restored Victorian mansion as a backdrop for your wedding celebrations. In the center of the picturesque village of Mendocino, the Mac House has two acres of gardens, expansive lawns, a bar and restaurant and 32 distinctive rooms. MacCallum House is the perfect location for your destination wedding. The 19 rooms on the main property are reserved exclusively for your guests. The bar & restaurant are an ideal venue for hosting groups of up to 80 guests, and includes exclusive use of our two dining rooms, each with a river stone fireplace, as well as the bar and cafe, which includes an ocean-view sun porch, a wrap-around veranda, a lounge and bar. For larger parties, the tent, situated on our lush lawn and surrounded by established landscape, can accommodate up to 200 guests. Amplified music on the lawn ends at 10pm but the party can continue inside until midnight.

My husband and I got married in Mendocino in early August and chose MacCallum House (or Mac House) as our reception location and couldn't have been happier with how it all turned out. We knew we wanted to get married along the Mendocino coast and the most important things for us were being able to throw a memorable party and have incredible food. During our venue search, we were challenged with the logistics of lodging our guests (around 80) at reasonable price points, quiet hours that would cap our party time and figuring out transportation within a comfortable budget that wasn't cumbersome to our group. We were drawn to the Mac House due to it's insanely convenient location (our guests didn't have to use any cars once they arrived and enjoyed the town at their own pace within walking distance) and beautiful rooms at a very affordable rate but we were hook, line, sinker SOLD when we had dinner at the restaurant and tried their food. WOW. We worked really closely with Summer, who was the awesomely vivacious Mac House coordinator and our personal cheerleader as we embarked on planning our wedding within 6 months. We decided to have our ceremony a few minutes away at Cypress Grove (which the Mac House helped us plan) and due to our party size, opted to host the reception in a tent on the Mac House lawn. Our wedding was truly the best day of our lives and our guests could not stop telling us how incredible the food was, how beautiful the tent looked, and most importantly how much FUN they had. I have to give a special shoutout to the entire staff who worked our event. Everyone was so kind, so attentive, and so lovely that it made a real lasting impression on everyone. I had one guest say to me verbatim "you never really notice the service at weddings but I noticed how amazing the service was at yours". We had multiple people tell us that we had the best wedding food they had ever had (we're both in our late 30s so we take that compliment as high praise as most ppl have been to tons of weddings at that point) and our party kept going till midnight before some of our guests spilled over to the local bars to keep going. The only slight bump leading up to the weekend was that it was clear to us that the Mac House was navigating some moving parts with their business this year (dealing with the aftermath of a really wet winter season, ordering new furniture, etc) and it took a while to get answers to certain questions but honestly, at no point was it stressful and it all worked out beyond our expectations. Saya (the GM), Chef Alan, and Summer are all wonderful people and they worked their tails off to give us an incredible weekend that we and our family and friends will never forget. We are huge fans of the Mac House and their entire team and can't wait to go back and visit again.

I cannot say enough good things about the Twenty Mile House! I had the most amazing time on the property, a perfect wedding with outstanding staff that made me, my new husband, and all my guests feel special and at ease all weekend long. I keep getting the most incredible feedback from family and friends about how it was the most enjoyable, warm, elegant yet comfortable weddings they had ever been to that "just flowed." Everything flows seamlessly when you have fantastic and kind bar tenders keeping the party going (Devin & Jasper), outstanding vendors like Holly and her team at Pangaea and Kim and her team at Grandma Jane's Place (guests wouldn't stop talking about the food and how they normally never like food at weddings), Sonia at Gray's Flower Garden who rocked the beautiful bouquets and lined the aisle with loose white petals and baby's breath, a DJ who can read the room flawlessly, keeping the energy and tempo just right at all times- shout out to Will Perkins at 530 Entertainment- Kiana Bohm, Heart Root Yoga, helping my bridesmaids and I slow down and set our intentions for the day with a serene flow the morning of the wedding that recalibrated our getting ready rhythm, and incredibly skilled, professional and FUN friends behind the cameras: Rachelle Elliott (Composing Reality, photographer with TMH) and Jared Wortley (videography) who were with me pretty much all day, helping me stay present and ensuring all the magic was captured... we bonded over Holly's ridiculous meatballs and artichoke chip hors d'oeuvres half way through our couples sunset photos and had a blast working together! Each one of these integral players are fantastic on their own, but for an event like this, to pulled off at such an elevated level of artistry where everything was so well integrated and coordinated - down to every little detail like having the groom's and my favorite drink ready for us post ceremony, bringing us goodies to eat and drink when she noticed us starting to fade during a long family photo sesh, and I'm sure 100 other things I didn't even notice because I was too busy floating and enjoying my wedding (something I hear is not common as a host), could not have happened without being led by the team lead and head wedding coordinator, Chief Amazing Officer: Rachel Mann. Rachel was SO great to work with. She's very kind, extremely responsive, adaptable, intelligent and overall an incredible leader whose only concern is making the bride and groom happy. She really spoiled us. Writing this isn't as fun as I thought it would be because I don't think I'm conveying what I experienced well enough. It was better than words can describe (so please reference the large amount of attached photos lol). Everything from how cute the accommodations were, which had everything we needed like an ironing board and dress steamer, to early morning peaceful walks throughout the property with a cup of coffee and my honey with our two service dogs that of course LOVED the location- and the mini beach down by the beautiful river that flows through the property- to just being greeted by smiles from all staff members. It was an incredible atmosphere overall the whole time and I wish I could go back and relive it all! We will forever be grateful to Rachel and everyone else that at the Twenty Mile House. I cannot recommend the Twenty Mile House and each vendor I mentioned enough. Best decision we made, other than tying the knot itself!

Rainbow Lodge is an amazing venue! When we booked Rainbow Lodge we got the property from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon and 60 of our guests got to stay with us. This allowed for more time with friends and family during our wedding weekend and our guests had the best time. The lodge has a wondering swimming hole, beautiful lawn and wonderfully kept grounds. The Lodge itself has so much character and getting the whole space for the weekend was so much fun! Emily made the booking process so easy and was there to answer all our questions while we planned our wedding weekend. We were able to host both the rehearsal and wedding at the Lodge. I recommend Rainbow Lodge to anyone, it was such a special venue!

Having our wedding at Harmony Ridge was the best choice we could have made. Aside from it's absolute beauty from the surrounding trees to all of the blooming flowers, the staff there are also the best to work with. Tongming, the owner, was always so quick with communication and very flexible with us whenever we needed anything. The manager, Faith, is also an incredible part of this venue- she is so helpful and kind, they truly make you feel like you're at home while you're there. I can't recommend this venue enough, they offer a weekend wedding package where you can also stay the night before and the night of the wedding on site and you also have access to all nine of their suites. We had all of our wedding party and immediate family stay in the suites with us and it added so much to the weekend and removed a lot of stress that can happen around transportation or not having enough time on the day of for setup. All of our guests were stunned by how gorgeous the lodge grounds are as well, so if you're looking for a beautiful spot in the forest to get married- this is your place!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at the Stone House! They worked with us and our budget and were very generous in finding creative ways to bring cost down while maintaining our vision. The food was over the top - better than imagined for cooking for such a large size party. Such colorful, nutrient dense and seasonal dishes! So many of our guests commented on the quality. The space is just gorgeous - perfect backdrop for photos. Also, the owner Jonathan Rowe did an epic job DJing for us. Highly recommend. We look forward to many date nights returning to the Stone House to reminisce and would love to have an anniversary party in their cave someday.

I honestly don't know if I have enough time to write all my favorite things about Palisades Tahoe. I have worked at this venue for last 7 years. They quickly became one of my favorite venues to work at, either at High Camp, OVL or many of their other amazing locations like Base Camp, Rocker, Plaza bar etc. They feel like family, the planning staff there are top notch, they truly know how to take care of their clients. The catering staff goes above and beyond for each couple we have together, their food DELICIOUS in all aspects of appetizers, plated or buffet and some of the real show stoppers are done by their pastry chef Cortney. On the wedding day, they are so attentive and work their bums off to make sure that our couples have thee most amazing experiences. I constantly commend them for their professionalism and support through the process to the couples we have together because of the attention to detail and care. It also doesn't hurt that they have some of the most incredible views of Lake Tahoe from High Camp, or beautiful mountains from the garden at OVL and the village. I feel so lucky to be able to work with so many incredible couples on the mountain. If you are looking for a venue, you will not be disappointed with Palisades Tahoe. (Trust me, I work with a lot of venues and they are top of my list!)

We recently had our wedding at the Olympic valley stables and it was incredible. The venue offers lots of flexibility so it was awesome to create a day that felt unique to us, which included a shot-ski, beer donkeys, and a light up dance floor. The views from the venue are unlike anything else and every single one of your guests will tell you how beautiful it is. Yes it is all outside but with a few thoughtful touches we were able to keep every one warm through out the night. Mich was great to work with and really went above and beyond. If you are looking for a truly magical venue that you can make feel like yourself, I would highly recommend.

North Tahoe Cruises - Tahoe Gal provided us with a spectacular venue for our wedding celebration. The staff's communication when we got on the boat was timely and professional, and they really cared about hosting our special day and making it smooth and joyful. The ample space and breathtaking views were incredible. The staff were attentive and friendly, and we appreciated them making an announcement to all guests that our party had the upper salon reserved. They helped orchestrate the timing of our wedding song and touched base with us beforehand to ensure all our needs were met. The salon was the perfect private space for our group, and we are so grateful to North Tahoe Cruises - Tahoe Gal for contributing to making this wedding day truly memorable.

I recently had the opportunity to attend an event at Castello Vista Estate! This place is like no other wedding venue I've been to. The event building is incredibly beautiful and spacious. It's appointed with charm and class down to even the smallest detail. Enormous barn doors open to showcase an absolutely breath taking view of the valley and costal mountain range! Alibi's Incline Public House was the perfect venue for our wedding celebration. The communication with the Monte Verde Inn wasn't the best, but they did get back to us when we needed them. However, the venue itself was a great value for the space. We had multiple meetings with our coordinator to make sure all the details were correct. They handled all the setup and decor, so we just had to show up on the day. The vendors all delivered directly to the venue, so we didn't have to worry about anything not arriving. They really went above and beyond to make our day special in ways that other venues often don't. The house and grounds felt like having a beautiful backyard wedding, with plenty of space to host all our guests. I spent a lot of time getting ready in the large bridal suite with my family. We brought in some of our own drinks and food to the bridal suite which they allow. The staff made sure we had everything we needed on the day and took care of all the setup and breakdown. The food was amazing and the bar was fully stocked. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this venue to other couples.

She was extremely helpful and kind. We worked with Cassie for the remainder of the planning process. She was also absolutely amazing. Coordinating little details the weeks leading up to the wedding, And most importantly She kept everything in check the day of. Everyone made the planning process so easy and comfortable. The venue is gorgeous, and the food is beyond amazing. The set up was more than perfect. I don’t think our wedding would of been as amazing as it was if we had booked elsewhere.

Not only is Winchester CC so beautiful & breathtaking, it’s the perfect venue for us golf lovers as well! My parents went to look at the venue before us without an appointment and the WW team toured them around as if they had one! Amazing customer service! We were sold on the venue right after we toured it & put a deposit down right away! All of the girls are so professional & really want to make your dream wedding come true! I highly recommend attending one of their wedding faires as it’s a great time to speak with your other vendors, see what additional add-ons there might be & even win a raffle prize like us!! The service was amazing from the very beginning to the end. They even allowed us to bring an ice sculpture that was a wedding present to us, they never have dealt with one before but were totally open and willing! Taylor our Coordinator was the best! She rocked it!! She knew we wanted an outdoor wedding, the rain stopped 40 minutes before our ceremony and she was wiping each chair down from the rain. Kayla was great too, making sure we had everything and was comfortable the whole night! I cant recommend WW enough, honestly wedding of our dreams!! We have had many people say it was the best wedding they have ever been to!!

The Sparks Water Bar was the perfect place for our wedding reception. You get to choose your menu (from pre-selected menu options), napkin colors, and floor plan to name a few. Everyone is so professional and helpful from the moment you start planning. The food was so delicious! The view of Reno/Sparks is beautiful and we highly recommend having your event in the evening where you can see the sunset and you have up until the restaurant bar closes. Because it was our wedding, we got to use the elevator rather than walk through the restaurant and it was helpful for our family members who were unable to walk up a flight of stairs. Any food allergies or preferences are accommodated to the best of their ability. Their focus is making sure you and your guests have a good time. To Samantha, Heather, and the staff working our event on May 29th 2022 we cannot thank you enough for making our reception so fun and memorable from start to finish.
