    My dream wedding venue

    I got married at the Timbers (Tahoe Mountain Club) last August and it was truly the wedding of my dreams. My husband and I wanted our wedding to be at an elegant mountain venue, since the mountains mean so much to us, and this venue was exactly that. The mountains golf course backdrop of the ceremony was absolutely breathtaking; there were ample spots "in the woods" where we were able to capture amazing first look and golden hour photos; and the patio (featuring the fireplace water feature) was stunning both during the cocktail hour and at night (especially with the fireplace and market lights on). The inside of the building was stunning as well, requiring minimal decorations for the reception, and bringing to life our hope for an 'elegant mountain' wedding vibe. Moreover, the staff were incredibly friendly, communicative, and accommodating. The food and drinks were delicious, and I loved the layout of the venue (with the dancefloor in a slightly separate room from the dinner, which made the dancing feel slightly more private and much more comfortable). The venue was fairly pricey, but to us it was worth every penny, as our dream wedding absolutely came to life. Thank you for giving us this gift!

    Gorgeous, amazing staff, incredibly redone venue

    The Tahoe Mountain Club was an absolute dream to work with for the weddings I have had out there. Their communication via email, phone, and in-person was quick and responsive, making the venue planning process a breeze. The venue itself is gorgeous, with an updated and modern feel, and their amazing staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. From helping us find the perfect spots for sunset photos to crafting a beverage package that fit our budget, the team at Tahoe Mountain Club truly knows what good customer service is all about. I just love working with them - they are so attentive and helpful, open to new ideas, and incredibly quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The stunning views make it a pretty fantastic "office" for me to work out of when I get the honor of being there.
