    An incredible weekend retreat

    We had an incredible weekend retreat at Austin Ridge over the Fourth of July this summer! The breathtaking views of the surrounding nature truly set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were fantastic—especially the pool and sauna, which were perfect for unwinding and enjoying the holiday. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and seamless stay. The host was also amazing—welcoming, responsive, and attentive to every detail. It was the perfect weekend escape, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend Austin Ridge for anyone looking for a serene and luxurious retreat in Truckee!

    10/10 would get married here again

    Our wedding here was absolutely perfect! The venue is stunning. Beautiful views and sunset, multiple sites to have ceremony and reception. It was incredible to be able to spend the entire weekend up there with lodging for our family as well. Could not recommend Austin Ridge enough. 10/10 would get married here again.

We can accommodate 250 guests, plus staff. If you need formal seating arrangements, we recommend Camelot Rentals (link on our website).
Yes, if you rent the entire property for the weekend, we can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. Additionally, there are 3 Airbnbs nearby that can sleep an additional 12-15 people each. Important Note: Bathrooms are only available for guests renting the entire property for the weekend, not for ceremony and reception attendees only. This is to avoid overloading our septic system.
We don't have indoor restrooms due to septic system limitations. However, we provide clean and well-maintained portable restrooms, which have been praised for their features like air conditioning, quiet operation, and soundproofing. These typically cost around $1,700 from Quickspace (rental and service). https://www.quickspacenevada.com/
We don't provide catering services directly. However, we have two dedicated catering spaces: an outdoor kitchen and a pool house bar. We also have 220V hookups throughout the property for catering equipment. You're welcome to choose your preferred caterer. The last wedding had their caterers park behind the house and set up a buffet-style service on the main lawn.
Absolutely! We provide all the power and tie-downs needed for tents and catering equipment. Additionally, we have backup generators to ensure your event continues smoothly even if the power goes out.
Yes, we have a 65-inch big-screen TV and a Sonos outdoor speaker system perfect for your event's entertainment.
We require bear-proof trash bins for events. We can help you order them through Truckee Tahoe Sierra Disposal for approximately $270 (includes delivery and emptying). https://waste101.com/dumpster-rental/

Our property has parking for approximately 25 cars. To avoid guests driving under the influence, we recommend arranging shuttle services. However, it's not mandatory.
