The business actually began back in 1981 with roasting a pig over an open fire in the back yard for a class reunion. Hillcrest Orchards is an ideal location for a ceremony or a reception. The 90-acre orchard features a historic, 2300 sq. ft. barn and two 24 x 32’ pavilions joined by a brick patio area. Built in 1936, the barn was used to sort and package apples up until 1980 and has recently been renovated to accommodate up to 160 guests complete with restrooms.

Our Wedding Packages also come with tables, chairs, tablecloths, chair covers, AV equipment, and access to our "Something Borrowed Closet", which is a like our own little library stocked with common centerpiece items, like glass jars, vases, candlesticks, mirrors, and more. Ten Fifty Eight Event Center is a sophisticated wedding venue situated in Sandusky, Ohio. This venue features multiple event areas perfect for engagement parties, wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions. This venue has multiple areas that couples can make use of on the big day, including a bridal room, a ceremony room and large ballroom. The Encore Room, typically used for ceremonies, offers an inviting atmosphere for the "I do's" with string lights. The Ballroom is a spacious area with ample space for seating and a large dance floor. Sweethearts will work closely with event planner Bella. She can provide the couple with everything they need to host a successful event. Included in the facility package is set up & clean up, all dinnerware and barware, tables, chairs, linens, and lighting.
