We are off from hosting weddings during January, February, March, early April, and December.

No. All alcohol needs to be purchased through our partners at Millersburg Ice. We have an in-house bartender that will bartend your event. We do not allow any self-service of alcohol. All alcoholic beverages must be served by our licensed bartender.

Yes, we have on-site parking. We have staff who help direct parking, and we also have golf carts to help with transporting any handicapped guests to the ceremony site.

Yes, all of our facilities are wheelchair accessible. Both restrooms in the reception venue are wheelchair & scooter accessible, as well as the restroom in the bridal suite. We also have golf carts to help with transporting any guests to the ceremony site, as well as back to the parking lot to the vehicles. There is handicap parking, as well.

While we have our own insurance, we do require each couple that books with us to obtain an insurance policy as well. This liability insurance will cover you for $1,000,000 each day you’re on the property, and it can be purchased through The Troy Miller Insurance Agency. Your insurance policy is due to us 30 days prior to your event.

Set up & clean up of all tables & chairs in the reception venue as well as the chairs by the ceremony site. We also include all table linens, disposable plate ware, and use of any of our decor in our showroom. We also provide day-of coordination, as well as a walk-through 8 weeks prior to your wedding to decide on all of your decor that will be used. Both bridal and groom suites are included for getting ready in, as well as an overnight stay in the honeymoon suite. Our staff takes care of all trash, replenishing toilet paper, soap, and trashbags in the restrooms as well. Security for your event is also included.

FRIDAY WEDDINGS: The bridal & groom suites both open at 9am. Last song is at 10pm, and all guests are asked to leave the property by 11pm. The bride & groom’s departure time from the honeymoon suite Saturday morning is 9am. SATURDAY WEDDINGS: The bridal suite opens at 9am. The groom suite opens at 10:30am to allow for cleaning from the previous couple. Last song is at 10pm, and all guests are asked to leave the property by 11pm. The bride & groom’s departure time from the honeymoon suite Saturday morning is 11am.

Both Friday & Saturday wedding rehearsals will take place on Thursday. The Friday wedding will have rehearsal from 3-5pm on Thursday, and the Saturday wedding will have rehearsal from 5:30-7:30pm on Thursday. No, we do not host rehearsal dinners on the property. We do have a few local restaurants that we can recommend to you that have banquet rooms you can reserve for your party!
