About this venue
Arlington Acres is a restored historic white barn wedding venue with an indoor-outdoor pavilion located on a working family farm in Tiffin, Ohio. We host weddings of all shapes and sizes and have the flexibility to adjust our spaces to fit groups up to 250! In addition to hosting weddings we offer sunflowers and pumpkins to our couples to use for decor and photos. We're excited for the opportunity to be a part of your special day!

Our historic barn is the heart of Arlington Acres, featuring original rustic barn wood, soaring ceilings, and warm architectural details. The space is thoughtfully designed to host both ceremonies and receptions, with a charming loft, built-in bar area, and elegant chandeliers paired with romantic bulb string lighting. The result is a space that feels historic yet elevated—inviting, intimate, and unforgettable.

An open-air ceremony lawn set against Ohio farmland, offering sweeping views and a naturally elegant setting.
Located just outside the barn in the shade of the silo, our lawn is a versatile outdoor space ideal for ceremonies of any size. Surrounded by open farmland and seasonal sunflower fields, it offers a peaceful, photo-ready backdrop while remaining fully customizable for ceremonies, cocktail hour flow, lawn games, and more at Arlington Acres. In the event of inclement weather, couples have a seamless indoor ceremony option just steps away inside the barn.

This modern pavilion features a clean, all-white aesthetic with farmhouse-inspired details and romantic string lighting. Designed with flexibility in mind, the space can host ceremonies, cocktail hours, or receptions and connects directly to the outdoor patio for seamless guest flow. The BEST Venue
We had an AMAZING experience at Arlington Acres! Sarah was SO kind and helpful, and you can tell the environment is so family oriented. The venue itself is GORGEOUS and the owners are always making renovations to improve the space. The bride and groom suites were also so amazing, and the bridal suite had lots of space and mirrors for getting ready. I really couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day at any other venue!

The Perfect Day
We knew before even touring that Arlington Acres was our venue. (Truly, we booked it before seeing it in person.) Sarah was not only a friendly face throughout the entire process, but also unbelievably organized, maintained clear and consistent communication, and genuinely was the reason we felt confident going into our day at her venue. Sarah wants your day to be as perfect as possible, just as much as you do, as the bride and groom. Arlington Acres is charming and unlike any other barn venue we have ever seen. Our guests were amazed at how unique and beautiful the property is, and we got raving reviews all evening and beyond. Arlington Acres recommended fantastic vendors, has a built-in rain location, heaters for the reception area for colder days, and is a gorgeous blank slate to add as little or as much to the space as you dream of. It is the perfect venue for any wedding theme - sleek & modern, boho & romantic, rustic & western, you name it, and you can create it in this space. Honestly, we could not think of a single thing we did not like about our wedding planning experience from start to finish. Our day was genuinely perfect, thanks to Sarah and her amazing family 3

Our Dream August Wedding
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Arlington Acres in Tiffin, Ohio. From the moment we arrived, we knew this was where we wanted to celebrate our special day. Arlington Acres was the wedding venue of our dreams! From the very beginning, Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with—responsive, kind, and so helpful every step of the way. AMAZING
The property and team at Arlington Acres are truly unmatched. We chose AA for its functional layout and the stunning scenery—especially in the fall. Our photos are absolutely breathtaking and capture the beauty of the grounds perfectly. The rustic barn atmosphere aligned with my husband’s vision, yet the modern, elegant touches spoke to mine. Arlington Acres is the perfect blend of both and can easily complement any wedding style. Sarah and her team were incredible from start to finish. She was beyond organized, supportive, and so intentional throughout the planning process. The team went above and beyond to bring my vision to life—even ordering and building a custom décor piece and collaborating directly with my florist to make it happen.
