One of the largest treehouse resorts in the U.S. & on 75 woodland acres, the resort can best be described as authentic, calming, secluded. The aesthetic is comprised of sustainable vintage materials & touches of modern industrial. 100-year old barn siding & locally crafted hardware details is our way of mixing the old & new. Along with the venue, we offer 9 state-of-the-art treehouses 4 well appointed cabins and 2 country homes in our luxury lodging collection-2 treehouses were designed and built by the artful team from Animal Planet’s Treehouse Masters. "Where Extraordinary Happens......."
This space is a two-story open-air venue and features barn beams, hardwood flooring, a vast solid oak staircase leading up to an upper level mezzanine with access to a second story outside deck. There is also a large covered deck on the main floor perfectly suited for a ceremony or cocktail reception before heading inside for dinner, where tables rest under white and crystal chandeliers and solid pine trusses add to venue’s charm.

Labor Day wedding
Our experience with The Mohicans Treehouse Resort and Wedding Venue was simply perfect. From the moment we first toured the venue with Kylie, their event manager, we knew this was the ideal location for our special day. Kylie was incredibly responsive, efficient, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. On the day of our wedding, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The venue itself was cozy and the perfect size for our intimate ceremony and reception. The gorgeous natural setting, complete with a beautiful fireplace, created the most magical ambiance. Our bartender, Ellie, also did an amazing job. We could not have asked for a better wedding venue - it was truly a dream come true.

The Mohicans Treehouse Resort and Wedding Venue was an absolute dream for our wedding day! From the moment we first reached out, their communication was great, consistent, and incredibly kind. The venue itself was high-quality, comfortable, and so much fun - we absolutely loved the beautiful treehouses and can't wait to come back and stay in more of them in the future. They even provided a wonderful officiant to make our ceremony extra special. The overall value was truly worthwhile, and we're so grateful to the Mohicans team for helping make our wedding day perfect. We loved the venue and so did all our guests. We were so impressed by our day of coordinator. Its such a pretty space and the rental decorations as well as recommended vendors just helped everything come together seamlessly. I highly recommend.

The team at The Mohicans was incredibly helpful and made our event planning seamless. They answered any and all questions we asked (no matter how silly) and always answered promptly. I had no doubts they had our best interest in mind, and Kelci knocked it out the day of the wedding. She made sure everyone knew the plan and really reduced our stress on the day, which is a priceless quality. Ellie was great and made amazing drinks. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a wedding venue.
