“Manis Catering was phenomenal. From the beginning, their customer service was top-tier -- responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. They even went out of their way to do an extra favor of cooking something we had brought for our guests, which was such a fun and personal touch. They were also kind and willing to make the accommodations we requested (whether it was more/less of an ingredient, etc.). The best part? Once we conveyed our preferences/numbers, we didn’t have to think about it again. Everything ran smoothly, our accommodations were honored, and it felt like we could fully enjoy our day without worrying about a single detail. She handled everything; shopping, cooking, cleanup and made us feel deeply cared for as a family during our long wedding weekend on Figure Eight Island, NC. Aside from cooking, which she obviously loves, she said her favorite part of her business is helping people make the most of their time together, and that was absolutely true for us. It felt like we bought the gift of time, which is priceless. And we can’t stop talking about the food. Literally better than any restaurant, truly.
