We are a family owned venue that is located within miles of Olympia, WA. Capitol City Barn is a new 4,600 sq. ft. barn that offers an indoor/outdoor experience; a space for the wedding party to prepare; a warming kitchen for caterers; beautiful outdoor patios, gardens and a stone alter, plus many more amenities. Their vision is respected and encouraged- we are just there to make their dreams come true! This also allows for each couple to express their style and allows us to fit in where needed. We allow our clients to chose their journey! We have great vendor recommendations, but do not require they use specific ones. We go the extra mile to fill any voids, help relieve stress and chaos, and take care of our guests, all of our guests!

Jim and Christy Hutchison built their barn 20 years ago with the help of family and friends. Initially meant for their kids' 4H animals, the barn hosted their children's weddings in 2013 and 2015. Enjoying the love and gatherings the barn brought, they decided to share it with others, becoming a county-approved venue in 2015. Surrounded by stunning mountain views, tall cedars, weeping willows, and prairie fields, The Mason Jar offers a 3-day relaxed environment for weddings. The Hutchisons provide ample time for decorating, rehearsing, and celebrating without rushing, keeping pricing affordable with available decor to help reduce costs. Family-run and oriented, they believe in community support and annually donate a wedding to a deserving couple, embodying the heart and soul of The Mason Jar.

--* PLEASE NOTE: We only host SUMMER weddings between Memorial Day and Labor Day each year. *-- This venue is on a farm that has been in our family for five generations. We are a new venue, but we love this special place so much and wanted to share its beauty with others. The ceremony space is beneath the canopy of an old-growth spruce tree beside a creek. We were married in this spot and it was truly magical! There is an open-air field just beyond the tree that is available as a reception space. We offer a bridal dressing room within a 10'x10' decorated "glamping" tent. We also have the add-on option of a 15'x20' event tent available (please see pictures in the gallery). If you're interested, we also have goats, pigs, chickens, and old farm implements available for photo opportunities. We also now provide string lights and electricity (suitable for a food truck) in the reception field!

The Historic Lord Mansion and Coach House, located in Olympia's South Capitol Neighborhood, offers an elegant atmosphere and intimate setting with is beautiful architectural features and grounds, provides a memorable backdrop and setting for your wedding. The versatility of the property allows you to craft a special ceremony and/or reception to meet your desired needs and budget. You can have an indoor ceremony for lovely reception space within the Mansion's main living room and formal dining room. The second floor offers rooms for your party to prepare on your special day. You can also choose to have your ceremony on the front lawn in front of the grand entrance with side doric columns. For smaller weddings or those on a budget, we offer rental of our adjacent Coach House with maple hardwood floors and built in buffet counter. Rentals include setup and take down of our inventory of tables and chairs! Event supply decorations are available to rent!

The heart of Owl and Olive is our historic gambrel barn. Built in 1936, the barn provides a beautiful and unique setting to celebrate your special day with family and friends. The vaulted ceiling spreads overhead reaching nearly 40′ to the inside of the cupolas. Tasteful accent lighting illuminates the rafters while three rustic barn-sized chandeliers and complimentary bistro lights combine to provide a warm glow on the gathering space below during both daytime and evening activities. Red Barn Studios is a charming countryside wedding venue found in Chehalis, WA. The property is conveniently located midway between Seattle and Portland, making it ideal for guests traveling from either direction. Here, you’ll find a renovated gothic barn originally built in 1937. Each corner of this gorgeous 25-acre farm feels perfect for a milestone celebration, including your wedding ceremony and reception. Secluded by forests, rolling hillsides, and grassy lawns, the venue is perfect for you and your guests to enjoy an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

In 1939 the Works Progress Administration built a timbered A-frame gymnasium of local stone and timbers - the beautiful structure that would later become the Longbranch Clubhouse. When the school district consolidated to a larger site, the Longbranch Improvement Club purchased the land and buildings. In 1956 rest rooms, upgraded kitchen facilities and a wooden floor were added. The Longbranch Clubhouse has held an astonishing variety of activities in its colorful history. High school basketball, wartime bandage rolling, huckleberry festivals, fund-raisers, basket socials, Sunday schools and funerals - along with the popular dances and theater events that formed the foundation of this community's social life for generations.

Built in 1896 and renovated in 2020, our historical church is a fantastic venue for your weddings and events! The interior boasts 16 vintage pews, piano, pulpit, bathroom, two dressing rooms, and 10 double hung windows. Reception allowed with permission from the City. Food and alcohol not allowed.

We have a barn that was built over 100 years ago but is newly renovated for all your Event needs. We have a loft for indoor ceremonies that can hold 130 people or we have outdoor options that can accommodate more guests.
