Featuring several of their fan favorite items from next door, quality Italian Deli Sandwiches and Giffordโ€™s Premium Ice Cream. Thereโ€™s a new venue in Derry, NH called Hyla Brook Estate that opened in October 2024. Sadly, many venues treat vendors trash. Hyla Brook Estate was the complete opposite of what a vendor expects. I wonโ€™t mention how amazingly beautiful the venue is, Iโ€™m sure plenty of couples will review this aspect. I have to speak from a vendors point of view. A few days prior to the wedding, I got the โ€œIโ€™m your coordinator email, here are our policiesโ€. I walked into the venue to clarify where to unload and was told โ€œwhatever works for youโ€. You mean I donโ€™t have to trek through a kitchen then park a mile away?!?! There were two coordinators named Ashley who were extremely nice. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Kim. Wow, amazing business person with an awesome vision! Some highlights โ€ฆ * Easy load in * Dedicated WiFi for DJs only! * No vendor chicken!!! * Vendors can eat when they want! * Apps and dessert? YUP! They wonโ€™t chop your hand off like other venues! SIT DOWN FOR THIS ONE โ€ฆ There is a vendor lounge! With a stocked fridge and snacks!!! I felt compelled to post this for all vendors lucky enough to work at this new property. A note to couples โ€ฆ happy vendors make your day rock a little moreโ€

โ€œGetting married at the Stevens Estate was the best decision we made! The venue is absolutely beautiful, but the best part of the entire experience was working with Helen! Helen made the planning process so easy for us. She is so great to work with and so detail orientated. She brought all of our visions to life and made sure everything went according to plan. She created back up plans in case of unexpected events such as rain and really thought through everything. On the day of, we really had no stress because of the work Helen and her team put in. We had a unique wedding ceremony where we had a traditional ceremony followed immediately by a Persian ceremony, and Helen made sure everything followed our customized timeline. She even personally oversaw all of the Persian Ceremony decorations/set up to ensure our valuable items were set up perfectly and packed up safely. In addition to Helen, we also had a lot of other people with Stevens Estate who made sure our day was perfect. One was our day-of wedding attendant who was so attentive! She went out of her way to make sure my husband and I were getting everything we needed on the day of. If you want a beautiful wedding venue with an incredible team and amazing food we canโ€™t recommend Stevens Estate enough. Olio was an great size for our 90 person event, and Sarah (and her team at Without a Hitch) helped us plan exactly the wedding we wanted, which included large rented palm trees, arcade games, a Richie's Slush cart with umbrella, even a surprise visit from Santa Claus...at Olio it all worked out. Folks say it a lot, but it was truly a blank canvas and our Olio wedding was perfectly personalized for us. The space was spotless, had great parking and directions for guests and vendors, and made for epic photos. Highly recommend this memorable venue (and the incredible professionals behind it).โ€

Everyone was such a pleasure to interact with! The food was amazing! Shrimp Scampi was the crowd favorite with the Pan-Seared Salmon as a close second, but you can't go wrong with any of the dishes. Bread and butter was also included and it was a pleasant surprise! Guests also loved the cocktails! We couldn't have asked for a better night :)โ€
