We have 2 sheltered buildings, our rustic Harvest Barn, strung with twinkle-lights and chandeliers, and our open-air Pole Barn for late night dancing and drinks. Paul and Gwen bought a raw piece of farmland in 2003 with a vision to start a retail nursery just outside of Monroe Wa. Paul, with a dream in place, started piecing together a beautiful work of art that became Pine Creek Farms and Nursery. A destination nursery that not only serves the Sky Valley but surrounding areas of Everett, Woodinville, Kirkland & Seattle... Naturally, the grounds became a beautiful place to hold special events, and after a handful of smaller events, Paul continued developing his idea of creating a venue that would provide an amazing garden setting for larger celebrations! Rein Fire Ranch is owned and operated by Rich Kaalaas and husband George Delmar. A working horse ranch when they acquired the property in 2001, they developed the ranch into a wedding and special event venue in 2012, in part to make better use of their combined 25 years experience in event and wedding production and to open the ranch for more people to enjoy.

Robinswood House is a beautiful renovation of an 1895 homestead with log house and cabana set in lush landscape. Our two spacious patios and sunken garden offer a flower filled summer wedding site for up to 200 guests. The warm and cozy furnished house, with added cabana, provides an intimate setting for weddings of approximately 60 people. Fireplaces, wood floors, paned windows, sweeping views of Robinswood Park, dancing under the stars, and privacy are just a few of the details you will find.

Lots of really big trees and different garden areas, so there are plenty of sites for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. There are 2 getting ready spaces. There is an indoor space for an intimate ceremony or an outdoor ceremony site and an additional indoor/outdoor space for cocktail hour which has a bar inside of it. Crockett Farm is a historic, 11-acre farm from 1895 and features amazing water views from the ceremony site as well as sweeping territorial vistas. The large barn, complete with original timbers, is the perfect place to accommodate your Whidbey Island wedding and reception for up to 200 guests. On-site guest house available (for an additional fee), sleeps up to 12 guests.

Fireseed Catering founders Dave and Dawn Noble share a 30+ year story that takes them from the heart of the country to both coasts, bringing their mutual passion for good food along the way. Together, they can produce a wide variety of menus, starting with appetizers through to entrees and concluding with desserts. Dave and Dawn shine with both food and tables overflowing with variety, color and most importantly of all, flavor. Since founding Fireseed Catering it has become more than just catering and now solely hosts, coordinates and caters events held at the Fireseed private venue. In 1939 the Works Progress Administration built a timbered A-frame gymnasium of local stone and timbers - the beautiful structure that would later become the Longbranch Clubhouse. When the school district consolidated to a larger site, the Longbranch Improvement Club purchased the land and buildings. In 1956 rest rooms, upgraded kitchen facilities and a wooden floor were added. The Longbranch Clubhouse has held an astonishing variety of activities in its colorful history. High school basketball, wartime bandage rolling, huckleberry festivals, fund-raisers, basket socials, Sunday schools and funerals - along with the popular dances and theater events that formed the foundation of this community's social life for generations.

St. Paul’s Church sits on a sloping grass bluff overlooking the waters of Port Gamble Bay. The church, built in 1879, is modeled after a church in the Maine hometown of Port Gamble’s founders. One of the most photographed buildings in the area, the picturesque church steeple houses the original church bell, and wedding couples thrill to the sound of the church bell ringing as they are pronounced married. Hood Canal Vista Pavilion offers breath-taking panoramic views and stunning sunsets over the Hood Canal while surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. In the Pavilion, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace sits opposite abundant windows overlooking lush seasonal gardens . Six sets of French doors lead to a slated patio and an expansive grassy bluff right on the shores of the Hood Canal. In the spring and summer months, an adjacent tented terrace offers an additional location for a reception, dance floor and/or cocktail hour.
