“Choosing Emett to photograph our intimate, destination wedding was the best choice we could've made! We spent a long time searching for a photographer that matched our style, was easy to get along with, and was LGBTQ friendly. Finding his website and talking with him during our consultation really sealed the deal for us. His laid back, comfortable, and easy to get along with vibe was everything we were looking for. As a queer couple, it was really important to us to have a photographer who did not try to pose us in traditional "masculine/feminine" poses, and captured the intimate, candid moments of our day. Emett did just that, and somehow more than we ever expected. Not only did we have the best photographer ever, we also felt like we made a friend in the process.
Since our wedding was such a small event, but a special one, we did most of the planning and decorations ourselves. Emett was super helpful and always available to help with creating timelines, picking locations, and finding vendors that worked for us. He stuck with us after changing our minds a million times and made us feel so confident that our wedding was going to be perfect.
