Vivian and Thirsty Horse are an incredible team to have by your side throughout the wedding planning process. Their entire process is impressively seamless. From planning event logistics and rentals months ahead, to crafting the menu, and the actual wedding day, every detail was meticulously carried out. The communication was extremely clear, perfectly timed, collaborative, and just generally kind. The drinks were absolutely incredible, far better than any drinks we have ever had at any other event. They also looked amazing! Because Vivian makes all of her own mixers and garnishes, the drinks are one of a kind and just delicious. You can also make choices with her guidance about which liquor to use, how much wine or beer to buy, and she takes care of ice, glassware rentals and so much more. From our first presentation with Vivian we could tell she was the superior choice. Whereas other bartenders offered a quick chat and minimal info, paired with boring drinks and annoying policies, Vivian had an informative presentation and beautiful docs that provided everything you need to know. Every last detail is accounted for and the pricing is fair. Our bar process was perfectly seamless, there was never a line, everyone had the perfect amount of fun- all thanks to Vivian’s intuition, experience, and knowledge. Our advice- do not under any circumstance trust a friend of a friend, or hire a bartender that is not invested in quality mixers just as much as a trusted process for serving guests quickly.
