Twist & Bitters is a truly exceptional wedding bar services and beverages provider. Their communication style is totally professional, and the quality of their work is above and beyond. With both Sam and Stacy serving as full bartenders, the couple and their guests are served efficiently and professionally - far superior to a bartender and a barback. From their leather-trimmed aprons to the bow ties, Twist and Bitters is the most professional bartending service I've ever seen. As the son of a bar owner, it's so important to me as a venue owner that our clients be treated professionally, and Sam and Stacy's handmade mixers and even dried fruits and condiments are next level and an unexpected touch.

I found Twist and Bitters when searching for mocktail classes in the vicinity of my work location, with a goal of engaging them for a team class. They were responsive, flexible, and collaborative (and patient!) throughout the entire preparation process, and suggested excellent mocktail suggestions using ingredients that could be found after the class (another goal). They arrived promptly on the day of the event and set up a breathtaking space with ample supplies for each attendee. When class began, they introduced themselves and each of the tools which made everyone comfortable. They walked us through creating 2 unique and delicious mocktails; the addition of the written mocktail amounts was helpful in ensuring no one was left behind. There was also a fun trivia portion where we all learned a bit about mocktail/cocktail history. They were engaging and helpful throughout the entire session. All attendees stated that they learned a lot and had a great time doing so. I would certainly work with Twist and Bitters again and will recommend them to others at my work who may be interested in such classes or bartending services.
