Aurelia Tea believes that tea is the vehicle through which people can connect and create meaningful memories. We offer matcha and brewed loose leaf teas with house-made syrups and foams. We ensure that booking our cart will create the experience you've been looking for!

Our matcha is 1st harvest from Uji Japan, our syrups and foams are house-made, and our loose leaf teas are sourced from the best regions around the world! We hand whisk the matcha for events with 60 people or less and make everything fresh the day of.

    My eye-popping introduction to Matcha

    My first time trying Matcha was positively a wild experience. Angelica was a great ambassador to this world. Super knowledgeable and charismatic, she guided me through the many nuances and options that exist. I ended up ordering the Earl Grey, and it was delicious. I'll be back for more!

She communicated with us in a way that was both clear and passionate about what she could create. Her and her team served the guests with compassion by attending to their needs and creating a welcoming atmosphere that everyone loved. The drinks they crafted were absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced, the guests couldn't stop talking about them.     Aurelia is fantastic. I get a drink from them every Thursday at Irvine Concourse. Customer service is great, drinks are great, and they remember my name. Much love to Aurelia!!
