Silk & Spirit

Silk & Spirit is San Diego’s timeless mobile bar, serving weddings and celebrations throughout Southern California. Founded by husband-and-wife team Nick and Taylor, we bring more than a decade of hospitality experience to every event. Choose our custom-built mobile bar trailer, a versatile standalone bar, venue bartending, or a combination tailored to your celebration. Every experience includes professional service, setup and cleanup, ice, mixers, garnishes, and bar essentials. Alcohol fulfillment is available through our licensed partner, Happiest Ours, or you may provide your own. From thoughtful cocktails to warm hospitality, we shape every detail around the occasion—because the bar should be one of the parts your guests remember.

What sets Silk & Spirit apart is the hospitality behind the bar. We read the room, anticipate what guests need, and make the experience feel effortless for the people hosting it. Our custom-built, 1920s-inspired trailer, styled lounge, standalone bars, cocktail menus, and service are all planned with purpose. We listen closely, prepare thoroughly, and shape every detail around the occasion instead of repeating the same setup every time. The result is a bar that feels personal, looks distinctive, and gives guests something to remember.

Starting at $900, The Social includes a standalone bar for three hours and up to 50 guests. It is a polished, straightforward full-service bar experience featuring beer, wine, and timeless mixed drinks, with professional bartending, standard mixers, classic garnishes, included serviceware, ice, setup, and cleanup. Upgrade to our custom-built mobile bar trailer for an additional $600. Additional guests are $6 each. You may provide the alcohol or choose fulfillment through our licensed partner.

    The best mobile bar trailer in San Diego!

    If you're looking for a mobile bar experience that goes beyond just drinks, Silk & Spirit delivers on every level. The trailer itself is something to behold. The ambiance is carefully composed, with wall decor, curated shelf displays, thoughtful glassware choices, and even the bartender's uniform all working together to create an atmosphere that feels straight out of a speakeasy. The attention to detail they've put into a mobile bar trailer is genuinely impressive. The service matched the aesthetic perfectly. Every cocktail was made to order and handcrafted with those finishing touches that make a difference: fresh garnishes, smoke on every Old Fashioned, and more. And for guests who weren't drinking, their mocktail selection was a thoughtful and appreciated addition. It's a sign of a great vendor when everyone at the event feels included in the experience. From a logistics standpoint, they were seamless. They pulled up exactly where our group wanted, making venue placement easy and stress-free. Nick clearly puts genuine care into making sure your event feels special. He's someone who thinks through every detail in advance so that when the day arrives, everything flows exactly the way you envisioned. Highly recommend Silk & Spirit for any event where you want the bar to be as much a part of the atmosphere as the occasion itself!

    Look no further

    Not only does the bar trailer look incredible but the bartender was the most dapper gentleman I have ever seen. The menu was spectacular, I may not drink but they had mocktails that would knock your socks off. The service was spectacular and just watching drinks being made was a show in its self. The bartender had the most friendly demeanor and was easy to talk to. I would highly recommend you rent this trailer for your next party

You may provide your own alcohol, or choose alcohol fulfillment through our licensed partner, Happiest Ours. We will help determine the best fit for your event, venue, and service style during planning.
We serve intimate weddings and large celebrations alike. Our trailer and standalone bar setups are tailored to your guest count, venue, and drink menu. For larger weddings, we build the right service plan with additional bartenders, barbacks, and service stations so guests are not waiting in a long line all night.
Absolutely. We will help you shape a bar menu that makes sense for your guests and budget. If you provide the alcohol, we can give you a clear shopping guide and quantities. If you choose alcohol fulfillment through our licensed partner, we will coordinate it with you as part of the planning process.
Yes. We have a signature cocktail menu to choose from, and we also love creating drinks that feel personal to you. Bring us a favorite spirit, flavor, color, or story, and we will help build a menu that feels like it belongs at your wedding—not one you have seen at every other.
We do. A thoughtful non-alcoholic menu is part of making every guest feel included. We can offer zero-proof versions of cocktails, refreshing mocktails, and other non-alcoholic options that look and feel just as considered as the rest of the bar. Let us know what your guests enjoy, and we will build from there.
Every experience includes professional bartenders, setup and cleanup, ice, serviceware, mixers, bottled water, garnishes, and drink-menu planning. Your setup may include our mobile bar trailer, a standalone bar, venue bartending, or a combination tailored to the occasion. Your custom proposal will outline every included detail before you book.
Silk & Spirit is a fully insured business, and our bartenders are RBS certified. We also hold a San Diego DEHQ permit and are Food Manager certified. When alcohol is arranged through our licensed partner, it is handled through their licensed service for eligible events. We coordinate with your venue and can provide a COI and any documentation they need ahead of time.
