I’m Molly, the face behind Molly Shakes It Up Bartending Services. For the past six years, I’ve been creating fresh, flavorful cocktail experiences for weddings across San Diego. I bring a fully mobile bar to your venue and handle everything from setup to breakdown so your day feels effortless. My style is elevated but approachable, using bright citrus, fresh herbs, and thoughtful ingredients to craft cocktails your guests will love. Together, we’ll design a menu that reflects your vibe and keeps the drinks flowing and the energy just right.

What sets me apart is experience you can feel. I’ve spent 20 years in the restaurant industry, 10 behind the bar, and the past 6 running my own mobile bartending business. I’ve seen it all, which means I stay calm, prepared, and ahead of the flow on your wedding day. I’m known for crafting genuinely great cocktails that feel fresh and elevated, yet totally approachable. Standard Package

Price$700

Description

This is a bigger package that will help with all the additional items used to make cocktails. You’d mainly be responsible for alcohol, mixers and other N/A drinks you’d like to offer your guests. This package is priced for 50 guests.

Up to 6 hours of bartending services
Setup and Cleanup included
Basic garnishes (lemons, limes, oranges, cherries)
Clear Disposable Cups (12oz, 9oz, shot cups)
Ice (doesn’t include specialty cubes)
Help with cocktail suggestions

For extra guests calculate $30 for every 25 guests

The Works Package

Price$900

Description

This is the perfect package for you if you want a stress free experience for your wedding. You will only be responsible for alcohol for the bar and any other nonalcoholic beverages you may want to offer your guests.

Best bartender ever!
Working with Molly for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Molly helped my fiancé and me create the perfect drink menu, and her entire team was amazing the day of the wedding. The drinks were incredible, and our guests are still talking about them. What really stood out was how efficient and organized they were. Even with a busy crowd, the lines moved quickly and everyone was taken care of. Molly and her team brought such a fun and professional energy to our wedding, and we couldn’t recommend them enough. We keep coming back and so do our guests!
We first hired Molly for our Christmas party and honestly it was such a hit that we immediately booked her again for my husband's birthday. Best call we ever made! What really stood out from the start was how much thought she put into the menu. She helped us create a cocktail lineup that covered so many different flavor profiles, from fruity and light to rich and spirit forward, so literally every guest could find something they loved. Nobody was stuck with a drink they were just okay with and that matters more than you'd think when you're hosting a crowd with different tastes. She also put together a shopping list that was completely spot on. No overbuying, no last minute runs to the store, just everything we needed and nothing we didn't. It made the whole planning process so much smoother than we expected. The drinks themselves were absolutely delicious and our guests remembered them. When everyone showed up to my husband's birthday and saw Molly was behind the bar again, they were genuinely thrilled. The cocktails lived up to the memory and then some. Two different events, two different occasions, and she delivered beautifully both times. Posh upscale bartending services
Molly Shakes it up absolutely exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the service was professional, organized, and seamless. Zero Stress Vendor
My fiancé and I hired Molly for our wedding in Mission Bay, and she was one of our best vendors for the wedding. We chose the “Works” package because we wanted to make things as easy as possible on ourselves, and Molly absolutely came through. She helped us create a lineup of really well thought out cocktails that were not only delicious, but perfectly matched the beachy vibe of our wedding. As a guy trying to help plan the bar setup, I’ll admit it was a bit stressful at first, but she made the whole process feel easy and organized. The shopping list she provided was super clear and simple to follow, and after that she truly took care of everything. She even designed a stunning cocktail menu that matched our wedding signage almost exactly, which was such a cool detail. On the day of, Molly brought another bartender with her and they were both incredible. Friendly, professional, efficient, and the drinks were consistently great all night. They were also flexible when we decided to extend an extra hour of service, which we really appreciated. They genuinely elevated our entire wedding experience, and we’re so happy we hired her.
